shegzbillionz:A child carried about on the mother's back doesn't know how far the journey is. Your ability to write this long sermon is a miracle. Don't put God to test with blasphemy. May you not experience the WORLD then you'll learn you need the CHURCH and the MEN OF GOD to pray you out. Hebrews 10:5; Hebrews 10:24-25 |
This got me tearing.... Be grateful if your mother is alive. The spraying from fellow traders from their widow's heart is everything for me. The joy in the heart of the mother is priceless. I want to do more than this for you my mother but I need you to be strong for me. Get well soon dearest mother ![]() |
NwaNimo1:I'm more shocked at the likes and share your comment got. Chaiii |
Manchester untied sacks coach. Michael Carrick takes charge |
ictplotter:Did you not see the one without phonography? |
ictplotter:You expected the church to remain as the days of old? Go back to when the church had no technologies and all you mentioned, they were still castigated. When Joseph Ayodele did miracles in his Evangelical ministry, many said he was using juju. When Bishop Idahosa died, many said he pushed cocaine. The church has faced criticism since the days of John the Baptist |
shegzbillionz:I'll tell you the good things I see so you could see what you have seen that is good that you didn't know is good. 1. The messages of faith and truth, spiritual advices and prayers I get every service that I don't pay for 2. The true worship that lifts my spirit from my downs and worries 3. It moves my spirit when I see people if great Calibre submitting themselves to services to God in several departments in church. I feel humbled. 4. The sacrificial lifestyle of a true man of God, who gets so little but gives all his time, peace even money to the growth of God's work. Many are posted every two years unsettling their wives and children in every of those transfer. I guess the things I'm mentioning are not the things you expected. I don't want to mention how much giving and lives the church has transformed from rag to riches, scholarships given, miracles performed right before my eyes (of which I'm a benefactor). I can go on and on |
ictplotter:We have you chosen to see only the wrong things?, Are you feeling guilt generalising? Is something in your heart not telling you you not being truthful accusing the whole body of Christ? Is something in your heart not really telling there are many churches and Christians that make a difference? Would you blame the church that there are few devils in it? Search your heart before you answer me |
Tokskob2008:And this is what you see in all the churches? It is only you who defined this out of what you see. No one forces you to pay tithes and offerings. You can't stop people from wearing their best to church and feeling proud inside it. It's one life. Many are in the hospital and prison cells. Again, it is you who defined all these negativity in your heart of the church ignoring the good sermon from the alter and exemplary lives of other brethren who truly serve God with their hearts |
Tokskob2008:Keep running from truth. Is there any church where they teach robbery, fornication, killing and all the many vices It is your heart that chose to focus on the unnecessary and leave the cogent. Pastor cannot stop both good and bad from coming to church. You come to church and a phone is stolen by some bad ones and you say you will never come to church again. For such who do evil in God's hose, God said in the last day he will separate the wheat from grain. The Bible says we should not forsake the gathering of the brethren. |
Messi wan put him legs inside fire. Cold wan kill my guy ![]() |
backbencher:Let me correct the tax percentage. I'd rather say 70% if Nigerians pay tax. I work in a micro finance and my tax is like sharing my salary into ten and giving this useless government one. My wife owns a shop and pays government both state and federal annual tax. My clients who sell and even hawk in the market pay daily dues. All transporters pay all sorts of levies to the government on daily basis. Bros we have paid our dues. There are countries who run very good education on government sponsored scholarships. Even if school fees turns one million per student in our government universities, the 1946 desktops in our computer labs still won't work coz government will not release money for data. it is same students that will be levied to finance it. A better Nigeria is more of a fairytale |
It's about the paperwork here. Too much theory and no practical. A mechanical engineering graduate does not know the secret behind tiger head battery. It's universities breed laborers instead of entrepreneurs. Last last naija education na scam |
First you have to understand this is the nature of women so you don't get too paranoid. If she's not complaining and she's not encouraging you then she doesn't love you. She must be doing one so thank God she's complaining. Don't push yourself too hard. Her life will take a new shape if you drop dead and she'll MOVE ON! Your wife needs to be talked to. Talk to someone she respects to call her to order. But if this is the first time she's nagging like this then call her and talk to her. If it's now a normal occurrence then get someone she respects and listen to to talk to her coz fact is you've married her o. It's solution you'll seek. The cost of divorce is far higher than what you seeing now |
ignis:You are somebody |
AntiWailer:Your tone is going weak. I'll give you another statistics and you'll know you are the real mugu here. In our time till date, University doesn't allow over 70% of it's students read what they tend to but rather students end up in departments and courses where there's space after all getting a job is no longer by what you read (misplaced priority). Now after 4,5 some even 6 years of study depending on your academic history, many graduate to fall back on the skill they should have taken seriously but rather choose to go to school. Now every six or three months if the calendar is not obstructed graduates pour out in numbers from federal, state, private universities, and polytechnics all seeking a white collar job. I can't even tell you how many people's CV are in my drawer that I have not been able to secure jobs for even in my company. We are in the era of technology and we are experiencing more sophisticated technologies now and many years to come. These technologies will take the place of man power (labour). With just the emergence of ATM machine, many bankers were retrenched and there's a course called banking and finance in the uni. In my almamater, there's a course called guidance and psychology. Today the head of the family and head of the street has taken over their jobs. Lawyers are dragging for clients in front of CAC office just to help do your CAC certificate so they can get daily bread. Doctors in private hospitals are paid less than a hundred thousand naira. Body go tell your children if you don't fix them up. I can go on and on |
AntiWailer:You are a big scam. Are my calculations wrong? Is the ratio wrong? You are like a motivational speaker who propels people by what he says telling then that a mountain is a staircase when in reality it's an unclimbable mountain. Show me a rich salary earner and I'll show his master in worth (finance and asset) in the business world. Keep fooling yourself thinking you are earning well. A word of advice, as your ten million naira monthly salary is still coming now, set up a business with a lasting potential since like yesterday. A salary earner wears out with time while a business owner expands with time |
AntiWailer:Oh really. I have never met or seen a rich salary earner. Small shall become great is not for salary earners. Not let's assume your salary is one million people month. Bros abi na aunty, how many graduates of your qualification earn as you earn? Please base it on ratio. Have you seen how slim his chances are? Need I remind you he said he has just one capital. So it's either school or biz and whichever he chooses must work for him. Do you advice him to take his chances on schooling after your ratio statistics ? |
AntiWailer:Who school don help? Someone has just one capital and is asking if to use it in school or biz, you say school. So that he will come out and start depending on family while walking from one office to the other seeking for a job that will not pay up to 100k but with so much hectic labor. Meanwhile he can start something for himself today and be a boss tomorrow. Really do you still advice him to go to school in these days ? |
BigSarah:May your suffering know no end |
Dear poster I can't blame you. Nigeria matter go always different. I don't want to believe it's same story abroad. The number of complains I hear over family planning is alarming that you begin to wonder if it's a good idea. My wife just went to remove her own which was implanted in her arm. She kept growing thin and felt something moving around her tummy always. This is despite the fact that she was tested to know which family planning system suits her. Now I'm scared to bang freely coz one can't just be making babies in this economy. At least not when Buhari is still in office |
She asked her daughter their only child to bear her name instead of her hubby's family name. She said the name's got no affluence attached to it |
With this kinda display I don't think Nigeria will even survive the playoff |
Excuse me sir! Is this not same Kalu that was detained for curroption? |
Things fall apart.... The center cannot hold |
Education they say is the key. The key to success and a life of many opportunities. Back in the days, parents of graduates carried themselves in high esteem and would brag at every given opportunity that their son or daughter is a graduate. Students of tertiary education had meal tickets in between lectures. Nigerian students went abroad to further their studies at will without hitches. Even my mother told me she got her employment to the teaching line from the government while she was still in youth service. She said many other employers of labor trooped into the camp to higher people in advance during pop. Today the narrative is worlds apart. The education system today (mostly tertiary) has become very useless, old fashioned and produces huge number of dependants quarterly. I have said I may not send my child to a university and many condemned it. I asked why and they say I never can tell, the opportunity for a good job might just pop up anytime. Is this enough reason to spend those years and money in the university without true assurances? I have interacted with many students and many will tell you their case is different but time has unveiled that it's no different from the usual story of an unemployed youth throwing CVs here and there in search of a white collar job. Now I did this little calculation. Say I give my child good and quality, KG, primary and secondary education of which at this stage my child can write, speak, read, disseminate and assimilate. Then I register him in a trade or skill let's say barbing, beauty salon, tailoring etc. At most training will take a year. Then when the child is done and can start his own, I calculate all the money I would have spent in his tertiary education, let's say a million naira and invest it in the skill he learnt. At the first year that child A is learning a skill, child B is in 100 level. At year two when child A opens his business child B is in level 200. At the third year child A is already conversant with the area and business being a boss and might even begin to have apprentices while child B is in year 3. At the fourth year child A is maybe planning to open another center from profits of three years of being a boss and doing his thing while child B is graduating from the University. Year 5 child A is probably married and settled while child B is in youth service. Year six child A is with a kid and child B is throwing CVs around. Sometimes as it is often seen today, child B would later come to child A to start learning his skill. Many would say why not train the child in a skill and also train the child in the university, not many parents have the luxury of affording both. For me, it's either one or the other and which ever it is must be able to cater for the child when he is done learning. But from what I have seen and still seeing, tertiary education is now a mockery of it's self. Nigerian universities are breeding job seekers and not entrepreneurs. This has made our youth so dependent. There are even some good paying businesses some youths can do but they don't see themselves doing them because they are graduates. At the end, this is my own thought, not forced on anyone. It is all man to himself. |
That was when education still made sense |
slimjohn2k5:My thoughts exactly. Let's make it trend. It's very insensitive of the Spanish police. They've sent a very strong and wrong message to other people. Even the owner of the money suppose fight for this guy. Jibril has proven integrity is not in residency |
Who opened the gates of hell? Devils now love amongst us |
Randgist:That guy na fool. Please follow the thread and see the first thing he wrote like he's d Commander of the Nigerian armed forces. Social media no let person know who no well again |
JohnBullMySon:Mr fulfilled life. I dey wait for your police. Ogun go kill you if I no see those police. |
Madness everywhere o. She must have offended him in class or in one of the exam or assignments. The thing she didn't know is that this guy no too well. Lol. I feel for her. She go come humble with other students. This guy see stupid o. He has risked everything. It is well with our country |
