Madam, there are a lot of things to put into consideration before saying such. Proximity to your office matters is lot. Security too should be high on the list. You can decide to pay 120k as the salary but transportation to the office will run into thousands monthly. There are people that pay such and their daily fare to work in this lagos is in the region of 1k. By the time you do the sum for a month, and then foe the year, you will know you are being pennywise pound foolish. You haven't even added the stress and traffic jam to and fro the office.

It's unrealistic in this Nigeria. Being that real estate prices are up and other factors.
Not all people earn big figures as salary.
Some need three months or four months even if their rent is 150k. Which is a starting price for a self con in a moderately decent area in Abuja and most places in Nigeria too. Some people would choose living in a 150k apartment that's closer to their work than a 80k apartment that's far from their workplace.
