Hoping no error , I know not much of writing French, but I can interpret writting! - I learned my French while in Secondary School.

To date, I have no one to speak it with!

Dressing determines who you are!

I was once talking with a colleague, a web designer (not much good though) - but he had never design a site lessthan 1 Million! - Do you get it? ONE MILLION Naira

He was telling me, even though I am much better than him interms of web design and developement ( he know nothing of php, mysql or even html. Only WYSIWYG) he earns multiples of my earnings!

We begun discussion and he pointed out Dressing as one of the prior determinants of your project. Example, If you dress in Shirt and Jeans while pulling a contract of N500,000. Your chance of winning the contract is just 10% even if you know it? - Because the people you are going to work for might think you are just gooing to "doop" them and dispear. Hope you understand me!

But when you dress fully corporate and use a flashy car - You stand 90% chance of winning a contract of 1 Million Naira! - because they will believe you are already developed and you cant run away for just 1 million!

Well, I hope I am explanatory enough and your dress really matters,  At the same time, that doesnt mean you should be too extreme.

Just be corporate on meetings with your clients and know how to talk corporately - The sky is your limit!

I've used my ATM several places on Nigerian websites - I am also glad I did! 

But one irony about it using ATM Cards on the internet is that some sites are not even sure enough! - "HTTPS" is the main issue!

I use to buy my phone calling cards online and today I found "reloadng.com" - Quite affordable for me, so I decided to join and begin purchasing cards!

But fortunately, when I was at the last point of making my payment - I realized the page is not secured with SSL so I paused for few seconds wondering if I should go ahead! - I then decided to quit it!

Why? - Thats just the question!

I know alot more Nigerian websites uses Interswitch Debit Cards as payment option and I know the Nigerian habbit of SCAM and FRAUD! - (Not the site owners actually, but thirdtparties!)

When valuable data is been transfered without a secure socket layers, it is bound to be acquired by thirdparties. Thats just the risk!

Its time when we want to obtain valuable data (like credit card details, debit cards, passwords, pin numbers etc) from our Customers, we should ensure maximum security.

Actually you might feel its not necessary, but remember we have Programmers and Hackers with bad intentions around Nigeria! - They could harm your Customers, make unauthorized use of their ATM Cards or even steal all their Money. If it happens, your customers will blame non but you! - Be WARNED!

Well, I could write alot more about this. But what do you think of my view? and am I secure to proceed with my purchase?

I think thesame way, a web designer or developer should have a personal website of his portifolio, knowledge and skills. I will give his customers more insight about him and also easy marketing as it can be acessible all over the globe.

Thats just it,

Install Apache Web Server, if you can go manually good and fine else use WAMP!

Windows-Apache-MySQL-PHP = go to google and search for it, it will install apache and mysql all togther and create your localhost directory instantly. No hassles!

Its true, flash do waste more visitors including me!

Besides, the web designers and developers believes flash will make site attractive and as well make their customers feel puzzled by their service.

Well, its time we should learn to make sites with minimum load time and ensure easy navigation and also minimize excessive graphics because they also add more load to your site!

Actually, for a perfect site, the load time should not exceed 8sec on a 128bs connection. Most of the sites are above that, I always want to create a site bellow that!

I have contacted my IPS, and all they said was they cant help That since I can browse on my phone, the rest has to do with my phone or the email server.
