Children are taught practically on how to build things up, how to build electronics, requiring the understanding of electrical sciences. How to build up machines, how to construct buildings/items from scratch requiring architectural knowledge/ mechanical

Parents should be involved in teaching their children. Parents should be encouraged to read books with their children.

Children should be encouraged to take on projects on their own, to make decisions about projects that involve thinking, or science, arts etc. One of the edge of an efficient soldier is the ability to take decisions quickly without the approval of the central command, because they were allowed to take responsibility from young age

Talents should be encouraged, i see inventors making drones, making gadgets, yet they are ignored, when they are key to industrialization.
