Don't be surprised Del Potro could just pull off a fast 1 on Fed. . . . . . yeah, i know its quite a long shot given Fed's record against the other s/finalists - 26 wins to 1 loss; but when a story's g'onna have a fairy-tale ending, you see some li'l twists and turns along the way! |
davidylan:Of the lot, Gonzalez is the only one who has beaten Fedex before and also the only other player to have contested a Grand Slam final, so i think he's got a bit of experience on his side. G'onna be a tough challenge against Soderlin but i see him overcoming that obstacle! |

dayokanu:From my earlier post, you can see that I avoided mentioning some of the more popular "big name" managers because of the tendency of the arguments swinging this route. . . . . If Pep had guided an Espanyol or some other catalan side with a lot less quality resource than what is presently at his disposal to any major title, he'd be a god. We can never judge a manager from the first few outings - especially one who has such vastly talented & experienced team such as Barca. Take the Klinsmann for instance, his early days at the helm of the German team were glory days. . . . . but what's happened at Bayern ![]() Fine, we give Pep his due credit but lets not "overblow" the trumpet yet - tests still lay ahead and in a season or two, we'll be able to tell how good he really is! |
Top shirt sponsorship deals 1. Bayern Munich (T-Home) £17.03m per year 2. Real Madrid (Bwin) £12.78m 3. Chelsea (Samsung Mobile) £10.73m 4. Schalke '04 (Gazprom) £10.22m 5. AC Milan (Bwin) £10.22m |
Manchester United announce £80 million sponsorship deal with Aon Manchester United have confirmed the most lucrative shirt sponsorship deal in football history after agreeing a four-year deal with Aon Corp, the American financial giant, thought to be worth £80million. David Gill, the United chief executive, said: "We are delighted to be entering such an important relationship with a company of the stature of Aon and to have its logo adorn our shirts from the start of the 2010-11 season." The club's current sponsor AIG, the American insurance firm, said in January that it would not be renewing its £14m-per-year contract after it suffered massive losses during the global economic downturn. However, United were confident of securing an improved deal when their AIG contract ends in May 2010 and The Wall Street Journal claim that the deal with Aon is worth £20m per year. AIG will continue to have its name on the club's shirts next season, before the Chicago-based financial services company take over the sponsorship in June 2010. A number of companies had been linked with the United shirt deal, including electronics giants Samsung and Saudi Telecom and Indian firms Sahara and Tata. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/manchester_united/article6422090.ece |
A far lesser feat achieved with a smaller club is much more laudable. . . . . . A'la Advocaat @ Zenith, JM @ Porto, Schuster @ Getafe, Felix Magath @ Wolfsburg, Laurent Blanc @ Bordeaux Girondins etc. Lets give him a little more time b4 we know his substance. . . . . see how Rjikaard wound up!? |

FBS:you can neva be certain with this mobsters from Madrid. . . . . |
Typical German mentality. . . . . . . you have to be big, tall, strong and good in the air before anybody gives you a look in as a striker. Gomez, Klose, Luca Toni. . . . . . whats the difference They are only good when the ball's in the air.Bayern should get some ball players man - guys who can play with the ball on the floor! |
Somebody should please take Steven Ireland off Man. City. . . . . . bet they'll only realise what they had when its gone! |
eerh. . . . . i believe the topic is "the best striker in the world". . . . . . . what has that got to do with origins, roots and branches ![]() ![]() |
What type of player were you as a kid?If you're one of those who think he doesn't have skill or dribbling abilities. . . . . this 1's 4 u! |
Bottomline. . . . . . . make a superman of Villa all you want, but there's no way in the world he betters Eto'o fils as a goal getter! |
My job is to score goals. Every time I feel I have a chance, I try it. If not, I pass. But the priority is to score. When I attack, I only have goal in my head. My universe is the goal with a goalkeeper in it. That and the box.Thats an excerpt from an Eto'o interview - if you have a strike that's not "selfish", put him in the center of midfield! |
7. Get out and live life. Don't just sit in your room being sad and depressed that your loved one isn't there, get out and get involved. There are so many things that college is good for. Go do them. If you really love volunteering, go do it. If you want to learn how to surf, get on those waves and surf. Don't let sadness keep you from having fun.Now. . . . . know some folks that need this kind'a schooling! |
But make we talk true oh. . . . . e get some kain hood wey pesin no fit waka anyhow enter sha! |
Well. . . . . the poster has good intentions for sure! Warri isn't that bad - not as good as the pictures but certainly not as bad as the stories we hear. Most of the fighting is in the swamps and creeks - yep, some onshore kidnapping and criminal activity but the bulk of it is out in the riverine areas. The oil producing companies have helped a great deal in sanitizing the city; they've actually assisted in putting some sanity into some of the wildest criminals in the city - just pay a visit to any of the oil facilities of the shores of Warri and you'll have an idea what i mean. Warri does have its bad spots; but not as bad as people make it out to be! |
Refineries well at least, that at Warri were working albeit, below the maximum capacities but certainly functional enough to be of value. Yeah it is true that pipelines were indeed vandalized; a lot of facilities around those regions are now flaring products at a very high rate cuz the pipelines cannot be used. . . . . . . . last time this happened around the neighbourhood of the world's 3rd largest ongoing project facility, it took 2yrs to get rectified. |
when, where and how are MS certification exams held ![]() |
oilfielden:Hey, if you're interested in private home lessons. I don't run a formal learning center though, so no certificates - if u're cool then check my profile and email me. |
