Chivadoski: You tried but to get husband no easy that's why you see most abused wife still going back to their husbands, In Nigeria who wants to marry an already married wife, only few men would, even if he really want to, families won't allow, the one that has given birth for that matter. so a woman must be married before she can be seen as a responsible adult? Na una dey cause all these nonsense so. Women, you must not be married, marriage is sweet when you are with a responsible person, once your marriage is robbing you of physical and mental health, then its useless, get out of it immediately! |

crackhaus: You are surprised she went back?
What did you think was going to happen especially with this particular story? I mean really. I read all the comments on that thread all talking about police this, police that, some even talking about how boys should be arranged to go and deal with the man. That's exactly what the internet does to people - they create another version of the world they live in and pretend that's how it is for real.
My comment to you then was simple - take your child out of the situation, call her friend who she asked for to come to the hospital, and then move on because you had done all you could do.
Meanwhile, you still don't know the full story like I noted on the other thread. Now the woman is even trying to avoid you, lol. Classic.
Anyway, you try. its always like this. Lemme give you a short story. A woman passing through similar stuff went to report to the police after the last beating almost ended her life, the police decided to invite her husband over but she refused (later found out it were her neighbours who pressurized her into reporting). She said she only wanted to make a complaint, she dont want her husband arrested. You can't force a woman to do otherwise hence she was asked to leave cause such cases can't be incidented as complaint. Two weeks later, news came that she was dead, died from assault by her husband, he was arrested and charged to court, he pleaded not guilty, remanded in jail and case adjourned. My bro, the case still dey on, funny enough, they have four kids |

Angelfrost: True that... But, is that actually enough for all women??!... I have seen respectful, caring, and supportive husbands who still get nagged to hell and back over the most trivial and mundane issues. likewise I have seen caring, respectful and soft spoken women who get abuse by their husbands. Its not a gender thing, its a human thing, just pray you get a good partner |

DonFreshmoney: 80% of our girls are into hookups now, and it's really painful. Whether hotel runs, family house runs, street runs or even school runs... People go hustle find work collect less than 50k salary. That 50k salary is like a one night or at most few days money for oloshos.
The rate at which girls join hookup has led to a geometrical shift in the number of rituals in recent years. the rate at mwich guys apply for hookups is alarming. Never thought of that? |

I'm just sorry for people like you wallahi urs a shame that you have age but lack wisdom to see what is actually going on in our country of today? take a back sit joor, you only want to see the bad eggs in the force while you turn a blind eye to the deed of the good ones, media dont even spread such stories cause it won't sell. They known what your kind wants. If every police man in Nigeria is bad, you for don run commit from this country abi you want to tell me we don't have bad people in the forces abroad? Its worse here because that is what your society is. You cant have a country with fvcked up citizens like those in this country and expect the police to be saints, are they not a product of the society? Yet just as we still have good people in Nigeria, so we have in the force but you guys always want to paint them black even when they are doing the right thing. |
Crime › Re: Osun Police Command Headquarters Invaded By Armed Soldiers by Ryan03(f): 6:38pm On Oct 29, 2019 |
Deepthoughts: you see, it's got for soldiers and all security personnel generally to be respected, they need to be decisive n firm sometimes as security business is not a joke, but they also need to behave with some measure of decorum most especially in dealings with each other so that the public will know that you can't take any for granted, members of the public should also be law abiding to avoid problems with security personnel,of course there are bad eggs in the security generally but with the present technology such bad eggs can be exposed n gradually things will change. I pray so |
