This one na correct meat for those people. Snake meat is a delicacy there. But I wonder who will eat that after the flooding. I just pray Nigeria will overcome this problem.
SportsRe: Nigeria Vs Liberia (6 - 1): AFCON 2013 Qualifier On Saturday October-13-2012 by s3nn2x(m): 5:55pm On Oct 13, 2012
It soo joyful seeing Nigeria win like she did today. 6-1 no be beans. It last happened in 1991 when Nigeria score that much and it was by a goal margin of 7-1 in Lagos during a AFCON qualifier.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Post Exam Discussion On FCSC Recruitment Exercise by s3nn2x(m): 5:29pm On Sep 24, 2012
the exam was for three hours, it was made up of four sections, 1. English-essay writing.
2. English- comprehension.
3. Logic- 30 questions.
4. General Paper-40 questions.
The exams was easy, but it began late.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Lagos State Civil Service Commission Aptitude Test by s3nn2x(m): 9:54pm On Sep 22, 2012
sorry for replying late, but it is absolutely impossible for Lagos to conduct aptitude tests bearing in mind they just concluded the submission of forms. I can categorically state that the only exam conducted today being 22 of sept is the FCSC exams and Lagos civil service commission is playin a prominent role for the South West.
Christianity EtcRe: Your Thoughts On Mountain Of Fire And Miracles Church by s3nn2x(m): 9:35pm On Sep 22, 2012
This post is really myopic. I attended MFM throughout my days in the University and I still attend it now. There is nothing wrong with the church, do u think Nigeria or the black man is okay. Why have we not developed, no matter how much we try. Can you tell me a developed black country in the world. This stems from foundational problems. Do you know who Nimrod is ad who r his descendants? Can you tell me what happened to him? Those critisizing MFM dnt know their bibles, for goodness sake there r diversity of gifts, why dnt people leave God to do his job. And most prayers are not targeted at anybody but spirits....what do u say about this....every spirit of sexual pervasion, my life is not your candidate, fall down and die!
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Lagos State Civil Service Mass Recruitment by s3nn2x(m): 11:30pm On Sep 21, 2012
if you just log on to nairaland n u expect to see important posts u must be wrong, what u see r headlines, if u had gone to the job/Vacancies sections, u wld have seen it. it got to a point that I got annoyed. so, it is nt nairaland fault but urs, everything cannot make front page....if u think I am lying, got to the job section n u will see Lagos state civil service vacancies n the numerous comments it garnered.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Federal Civil Service Commission List Is Out! by s3nn2x(m): 7:19pm On Sep 20, 2012
annabee: I just got to owerri now.
Didn't see any list here at poly.
Tell her to find someone to check for her at anambra CSC. Cos they pasted the list according to state of origin. Unless u know someone in Abuja to check for her.
Let me categorically state it here, ACCREDITATION WAS NOT AT FED POLY, BUT IT WAS DONE AT ALVAN IKOKU COLLEGE OF EDUCATION for everybody. After writing names and waiting for over one hour, someone came and pasted the notice, but the exam would hold in the centres as announced, that is for Owerri zone.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Federal Civil Service Commission List Is Out! by s3nn2x(m): 7:15pm On Sep 20, 2012
mystikal: Are the names published in that Monday Punch? it is the various venues for the accreditation and test that are in Punch. someone helped check it in Abuja and I confirmed it here in owerri during accreditation.

It,ll depend on where u coming from, but if you find yourself in the centre of owerri, just ask for the park that where u can get vehicles to Nekede or even FUTO, since u'll have to pass through Nekede to get to FUTO anyway.
Also I have a cousin who applied for that Foreign Affairs job as well, not sure she has seen her name on any list, did u check for your name on any list, or its just the sms you got?
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Federal Civil Service Commission List Is Out! by s3nn2x(m): 7:06am On Sep 20, 2012

Jobs/VacanciesRe: World Bank 'Access Nigeria' Program: Worth The Effort ? by s3nn2x(m): 12:10am On Sep 15, 2012
Although, I did not participate in the programme but a friend of mine who came from Abuja to attend the programme stays in my house at the moment. Since he did nt knw the way, I tagged along to see what was happening. A programme that was slated for 8 a.m that was for 12th of September, did not begi before 12 and there was not one person to address us. I had my misgivings from the onset, but how do I tell someone who spend huge sum of money just to attend the programme. Altough, few employers attended the thursday's programme, it seems like the friday's own was a little better, at least the guy brought back some magazines, but to say the truth most of the companies in attendance were IT companies, he even said that Afrihub promised to fix some of them in different locations where the company operates. Who am I to complain when it seems like the person who attended the programme considers it fulfilling.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Foreign Affairs Ministry Recruitment Via Federal Civil Service Commission by s3nn2x(m): 7:13pm On Sep 09, 2012
Tesiday: I applied as well, but all the rumours I could gather was that the FAM is presently dealing with promotion interview and placement of their staffs after which they will call successful applicants who met the requirement for the interview. THIS IS JUST THE RUMOUR SOMEONE FROM ABJ TOLD ME,I JUST DECIDED TO SHARE TO KEEP THIS THREAD ALIVE. Thanks
I also heard dat, but on another thread here in NL, people are sayin the test was supposed to have been conducted last saturday but has been postponed to next saturday and the list of shortlisted candidates will be published in either Punch orThisday newspapers during the week.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Foreign Affairs Applicants. Please Let Us Meet Here by s3nn2x(m): 1:42am On Sep 06, 2012
I don't know why people are trying to be secretive. We have all been waiting for the outcome of the M.F.A recruitment, now some people are saying they got text messages; The question now is, why is it difficult to release the content of the message. At least if u go thru job postings on this forum, you will see where people post more valuable information. So, can u inform us the exact content of the text, you can remove any personal info, and most importantly, what is the source of the message?
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Foreign Affairs Applicants...any News? by s3nn2x(m): 10:45pm On Sep 01, 2012
Thanks for the info Boddybo...but is it interview or would they do a test first before shortlisting for interview. Your response would be highly appreciated.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Foreign Affairs Applicants...any News? by s3nn2x(m): 10:37pm On Aug 30, 2012
It is really unfair to make people go thru the rigors of collecting the form only to keep them waiting. It has been over 2 months, what are they sorting out? Well, God dey sha!!!
PoliticsRe: Abuja Public Facilities That Have Gone Extinct by s3nn2x(m): 9:43pm On Aug 30, 2012
I don't know about the various public facilities that have gone extinct, but the one I can talk about is the Elrufai buses, seriously, where are they. Those buses really made my stay in University of Abuja and Abuja as a whole memorable, with cheaper fares and more comfort, but now I the Yellow buses are nowhere to be found. Those buses were everywhere in the city, the Red, Green and Yellow ones, but I find it hard to believe that in less than 7 years, the scheme failed.
