How I wish these politicians think about the afterlife. Most of them are closer to the grave than the earth, yet they are still stealing our commonwealth.
Romance › Re: Ladies: Before you feel the butterflies. by saajus: 6:18pm On Apr 04, 2020
Great write up Toks. I think ladies should also get what they desire but develop a strong state of mind that whatever comes from their desires, they will take it. Some ladies can easy develop attractions as time passes but some can't. Know the kind of lady you are. A lady recently said she's been in a marriage for 15yrs but her husband is still not attracted to her. She's not happy but she can't leave. She said, she knew that leaving will make her so happy but don't want to hurt her very nice husband/father. As Op said, ladies can easily grow affections but not all.

They can do it in the hospital. Doctors can apply anaesthetic. She will be awake/sleeping and won't feel any pain while you are breaking the hymen.
She's afraid and this is not news. She's normal. A psychologist will help to know if being awake or sleeping will be the best option for your wife state of mind. Please, spend money on professionals (Doctor & Psychologist) so that you won't create another psycho problem for ur wife while you are trying to do it yourself.

Politics › Re: COVID-19: NIMASA Donates 20 Ventilators, ₦50 Million And Other Medical Equipment by saajus: 9:00pm On Apr 03, 2020
You are 100% right. Ventilators may not really stop the death rate. I read only 3 out of 22 Coronavirus patients survive intensive care.

TruthSpeaker:
YOU ARE RIGHT TO AN EXTENT, BUT WITHIN YOU YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THAT TO BE ACHIEVED IN NIGERIA. CORRUPTION WILL NEVER ALLOW 100K NEW VENTILATORS TO BE AVAILABLE IN NIGERIA. BY THE WAY HOW MANY HOSPITALS DO WE HAVE IN NIGERIA? NOT ALL HOSPITALS HAVE THE CAPACITY TO HANDLE A VENTILATOR.
VENTILATORS IN THIS CONTEST ARE BETTER KNOWN AS “LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES”. THIS WAY PEOPLE WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. HOPE YOU KNOW CONSTANT LIGHT SUPPLY IS PARAMOUNT FOR THESE MACHINES TO RUN HITCH-FREE? THESE MACHINES ARE GENERALLY USED IN ICU UNIT, NOT UNDER MANGO TREES. WHAT PERCENTAGE OF HOSPITALS IN NIGERIA HAVE ICU AND HOW MANY BEDS ARE AVAILABLE IN SUCH UNITS?

HOPE YOU HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN THERE ARE DIFFERENT SPECIALTIES IN MEDICINE AND GP (GENERAL PRACTITIONERS) ARE NOT EXPECTED TO HANDLE EVERYTHING? LIFE SUPPORT ARE BETTER HANDLED BY INTENSIVE CARE SPECIALIST AND ANESTHETIST, (SPECIALIST NURSES IN THE FIELD DO WELL, BUT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ALONE IN THE ABSENCE OF A DOCTORS SUPERVISION). HOW MANY OF THESE SPECIALISTS DO WE STILL HAVE IN NIGERIA AFTER THE BRAIN DRAIN THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON IN RECENT YEARS? DON’T FORGET OUR POPULATION IS ALMOST 200 MILLION. YOU THINK RIGHT NOW THE PROBLEM IN ITALY AND SPAIN IS LACK OF FUND TO OBTAIN NEW VENTILATORS? VENTILATORS (LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES) DON’T OPERATE THEMSELVES, THEY REQUIRE OTHER CONDITIONS TO FUNCTION INCLUDES SPECIALIZED HUMAN RESOURCES, AN ICU, POWER, MEDICATIONS AND OTHER MEDICAL ACCESSORIES.
IS IT IN A TIME LIKE THIS YOU EXPECT EFCC TO BEGIN TO DRILL EX-GOVERNORS TO COUGH OF $2 BILLON? NO NAH, IT WOULDN’TWORK OUT THAT WAY.

How are they sure it's COVID-19. If it's COVID-19, we don't need to panic. Let's keep doing the basics like social distancing, hand washing, hand sanitizing, stay at home.
We are a failed state, and to be realistic, I don't see a way out of this present mess. How can you self-isolate in Ajegunle? How can you quarantine under the bridge? Maybe the only way out is if Scientists in the world quickly come out with drugs or vaccines. Baba God, we need a miracle.

I trust Aba people, they can survive any situation. Throw them in the desert, the will create stuffs. I hope our Government can make that place looks like mini-China. Give them good roads, 24/7 power, and easy access to raw materials, I think they will do wonders.
SON headquarters should be in that city. So, we can properly measure the standard of those products.

Romance › Re: My Girlfriend Who Says She Doesn't Like Sex Is A Porn Addict by saajus: 5:37am On Apr 02, 2020
I have seen good guys and nice ladies getting hooked on Porn. Even strong Christians. You need to read Kirk Franklin testimony about porn. A lot of Introverts have a porn addiction problem, I don't know if your girlfriend is one. As some brilliant nairalanders have suggested, secretly confirm from those web pages the kind of porn she's watching. This will help you to know where she's coming from. Lesbian - abuse by someone or boarding school habit, wild porn - she's looking for adventure but afraid to say it out, etc. I am not a counsellor but counsellors will tell u more on how the type of porn she's watching relate to her personality/desires.
Your lady comprises of several things and it will be unfair judging her and conclude who she is because of one index. Ask her if she needs help. If she's willing to quit, let her be accountable to you or find her an addiction counsellor if you can afford one. Make sure she's truly willing to quit. Some people have bad habits but not ready to stop.
Many people out there even some that you hold in high esteem are struggling with one thing or the other but thank God for Suits and Agbada covering us all.

This virus will help us to redefine our priorities. Where are the football players? Where are the Basketball players? Where are the musicians? Where are the movie actors? The world that can pay $30m for a basketball/football player in a year, pay a musician $5m/show, pay an actor $20m/movie but struggle to pay its nurses $60k or Doctors $250k.
Now we know who are the real MVP's. I've not watched the Premier League for weeks now and I've not died. God bless our Medical Professionals.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Prince Charles Recovers From Coronavirus And Is Out Of Self-isolation by saajus:
Sure. That akpu man in the village dey eat fresh veggies wella, he has no access to traffic gala/soft drinks, he has no access to chemical KFC chicken, he has no access 3000 calories Pizza, and he rides bicycle daily which is a great workout. Because we lack discipline (including Banana Island guys), the first sign of a rich/comfortable man in Nigeria is potbelly. Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Co don't have a potbelly. We all generally lack discipline in Nigeria, and more money exposes our indiscipline more. Our Elites that we thought are disciplined and understand simple English/isolation instructions are the ones that brought Coronavirus from abroad for we poor guys to deal with. They are the ones holding rallies, awards ceremony and birthdays at the peak of Coro.

babyfaceafrica:
lmao..peesin wey go die go die abeg... That akpu man in the village may live longer than that rich man in banana island

Most of them invest a lot in their health by eating right, doing regular check-up, workout, etc. So, they have a better immune system compare to an average guy eating junks up and down.

Hmm. It's a good idea but the mass testing result may scare some Nigerians to death. Even, China had to manipulate the figures for Western media when they are at the peak of Coronavirus.
SharpJoe:
If mass testing is carried out, we will know the true situation of things. There is a reason why they are preaching a failed system called Lockdown instead of carrying out mass testing.

They are essentials. It's impossible to close bother to everything. Some of the aids we receive from Jack Ma and WHO are air-freighted. Who is going to wait for a ship for 3 weeks in this critical time?
Business › Re: Coronavirus: Mike Adenuga Donates N1.5 Billion To Fight COVID-19 by saajus: 10:08pm On Mar 30, 2020
You are right. Our Elites are part of the problem but our politicians are the major problem.
They don't have all the money in their bank accounts. You will be surprised that someone like Dangote that worth about $12-$14Billion may not have $50m cash in his account. They value them with their net worths. Some rich guys have to put up a few of their shares or estates for sale to raise cash for donation.

Garrieveryday:
But if we have all these rich and wealthy people in Nigeria, how come we are still far behind in terms of poverty? How do these people feel when they have all these amount of money in their bank accounts and yet see people struggling and suffering for survival in the street?

You are right. I just think the President of a great country like the United States should be careful before tweeting. I think the man got inspired by Trump Chloroquine statement.
Seun:
The man who died from Chloroquine didn't take the the medical form of chloroquine. He took a fish feed that contained chloroquine phosphate.
