The premise from which you drew your conclusion is rather faulty. That scripture "a thousand years are like a day in his sight" did not say 1000 years = 1 day; but like a day. There are no sufficient facts to conclude that the rapture will take place after 3000 years. Besides, what is referred to as rapture is the maturing of the saints in putting on immortality. The tribulation you are talking about actually took place after the ascension of Jesus and the days of the early apostles. The events of the tribulation was fulfilled when the Roman army desecrated the temple at Jerusalem. Go study.

The issue is multifaceted. The states need to fund it through taxes. The easiest way to do that would be through property taxes. Parents have to take an active role in the kids education. That means watching how the school board spends money.

The next step is to start regulating Almajari and prosecuting parents. Institute compulsory attendance and prosecute for truancy. I would say abolishing it but I doubt that'll happen.

That project is a Federal government project and it's their responsibility to sustain it.
