PoliticsRe: APC, Party Of Teenagers – Bode George by Sagamite(m): 1:26pm On Feb 11, 2013
FreeGlobe: Former National Vice- Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Bode George, has dismissed the merger deal between the main opposition parties that culminated in formation of the All Progressive Congress (APC). The Action Congress of Nigeria, (ACN), the All Nigerian Peoples’ Party, (ANPP) and the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), as well as certain chieftains of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA),

had on Wednesday announced the formation of the APC which they vowed, would unseat the ruling PDP in 2015 general elections. Chief Tom Ikimi who addressed newsmen in Abuja said that the merger was informed by the, ‘’resolve to form a political party committed to the principles of internal democracy, focused on serious issues of concern to our people,

determined to bring corruption and insecurity to an end, determined to grow our economy and create jobs in their millions through education, housing, agriculture, industrial growth and stop the increasing mood of despair and hopelessness among our people.’’ But speaking with Sunday Sun on phone, Chief Bode George declared that the APC was a coalition of teenagers in politics on a road to nowhere. He further submitted that the chieftains of the ACN and the CPC whom he noted were in the vanguard of the merger deal were strange bedfellows with no common ground.

“They are teenagers in politics of this country and we aren’t afraid of them. It is even good that for the first time, we are having a semblance of opposition who are living their comfort zones as tribal warlords. Let us see how Bola Tinubu and General Muhammadu Buhari would sustain this. We aren’t afraid. Can Tinubu work with Buhari? It is a huge joke. Where are they going to meet? They are incompatible. They have no common ground.” The PDP chieftain further expressed confidence that the party would remain the party to beat in the country, as he claimed that it was “the only party that has the true colours” of the country.

“The foundation that brought PDP was a coalition of people with different ideologies. It was created to fight the General Sani Abacha regime. But our founding fathers laid a solid foundation. It is PDP with our Constitution that has sustained democracy. We have existed for 14 years.

Before, politicians only held sway in their tribal zones, but the founding fathers of PDP created a sense of oneness. It is the only party that has the true colours of this country. It is in PDP that you have the major ethnic groups in the country and the minorities coalescing together,” he said.

An interview with a bloody criminal is one wrong thing, but to do the interview without the so-called journalist mentioning ONCE he is a convict shows this is a bribed journalist.

I cannot wait to hear that this cretin calling himself journalist, Taiwo Amodu, has been slaughtered by Almajiris in the North or armed robbers or he died/is handicapped in a car crash.

Let the fooooool suffer the consequences of the criminals he is helping.

Faithful ko, fidelity ni!
So whose record does she wanna break, dating all men around?
When you are a fine woman, you have choices, which means you have power and can leave relationships as you please. We have seen it in J.Lo.

https://www.nairaland.com/859170/marriage-worth-it-guys/35#13518744

As long as she remains desirable, she can leave men as she pleases and there is nothing that man or anyone can do about it legally. It is her life and her choices.

That is why I get pissed when women whine about men leaving them when the power shifts to the man and he is the one with the desirability and choices. They and their mugu "real men" pet dogs start demanding the man is punnished financially by the state for living his life and exercising his choices with moronic arguments like "he took the best years of her life".

Everyone should be entitled to live their lives the way they want to live it. If you feel someone has nothing to offer you or what they have to offer is less than what you can get elsewhere, then you should be free to leave if you want to. Man or Woman!

I will NEVER be a funky parent.

I hate you Dad so don’t contact me... you make me sick

Son in furious texts blast

THE son of shamed former Cabinet minister Chris Huhne demanded that he admit his speeding points lie and told him during a series of bitter texts: “I hate you.”

In one hostile message, furious Peter Huhne told his “pathetic loser” dad: “We all know that you were driving.”

In another, as he waited to hear about an application to Oxford University, Peter, now 20, blasted: “You have no place in my life and no right to be proud. It’s irritating that you don’t seem to take the point.

Peter added: “You are such an autistic piece of s**t. Don’t contact me again you make me feel sick.”

Judge Mr Justice Sweeney last week ruled the texts could be heard by the jury in former Energy Secretary Huhne’s trial.

It prompted the Lib Dem MP, 58, to plead guilty yesterday to perverting justice over his speeding points to avoid prosecution. He faces jail and will be sentenced later

Huhne had vigorously denied making former wife Vicky Pryce, 60 — who sat beside him in the dock — take the rap on his behalf.

In one text in May 2011, Peter wrote: “We all know that you were driving. Accept it or face the consequences.

“You’ve told me that was the case. Or will this be another lie?

In another, he asked: “Are you going to accept your responsibility or do I have to contact the police and tell them what you told me?”

The texts were sent at a time the relationship between father and son was deteriorating rapidly.

It happened after it emerged Huhne had ended his 26-year marriage when his affair with bisexual PR adviser Carina Trimingham, 45, became public. She watched yesterday’s proceedings from the court’s public gallery.

In July, Peter texted: “You are the most ghastly man I’ve ever known. Does it give you pleasure that you have lost most of your friends?

In one text, dad Huhne wrote: “I’m thinking of you and I love you very much. It would be great to talk to you.” Peter replied: “F*** off.

On Christmas Day 2010, the MP tried to be civil with his son by writing: “Happy Christmas. Love you, Dad.”

He received the reply: “Well I hate you, so f*** off.

After his guilty plea, bailed Huhne — whose legal team had made TWO attempts to get the case dismissed — stood outside London’s Southwark Crown Court to announce he was standing down as the Lib Dem MP for Eastleigh in Hampshire.

The night that eventually finished Huhne’s political career came on March 12, 2003, when the then-MEP flew into Britain after a trip to Strasbourg.

He collected his BMW 7-Series — registration H11HNE — at Stansted in Essex, and was caught on camera at 11.23pm doing 69mph in a 50mph zone on the London-bound M11.

Crucially, the camera could not tell who was driving. At the time, Huhne had nine points on his licence. As he was heading home, economist Pryce was in London — and left a conference at around 10pm.

The timings meant it was virtually impossible for her to have been driving when Huhne was flashed.

Essex Police sent a speeding ticket to the Huhnes’ £1.3million home in Clapham, South London, on March 23. They received back two forms indicating Pryce — whose licence was clean — had been the driver.

The second was sent in after the first was filled out wrongly.

PoliticsRe: Buhari's First Daughter Zulai Is Dead by Sagamite(m):
It is ineffective policing, incompetent authority, poverty, poor education and lack of a reliable justice system that causes violence, not smacking.

That is what violent societies have in common, and what countries like Singapore, Japan and Botswana that smack and are not violent have in common with non-violent society.

If you live in a society where you know you cannot report grievances to authorities and they would act on it, where the police force is underfunded, corrupt and would even commit crimes on you, where the justice system is unreliable in terms of fairness and swiftness, where those with more power can decide to assault you without any consequence if your are poorer, where large amounts of people are uneducated or refined, THEN YOU WILL HAVE A VIOLENT SOCIETY.

Those are what causes violence in society, not corporal punishment of kids. Correlation is not causation.

The West, Japan, Singapore and Botswana have reliable policing, authority, justice system, good education and low poverty. Hence why their societies are not violent.

The African countries don't have these and are violent.

Not: smacking = violent societies.

Lets start doing our research and analysis to attribute more apt cause-and-effect and root-cause-analysis to issues.

May we not have a society where our son speaks to us like Chris Huhne's son all because we are easily impressionable with funky philosophies and are eager to copy it for the special privilege of being called "civilised", "liberal" and "progressive".

alex101: God bless you Sagamite. These so called blind patriots will do anything to lie to the world about how "great" the dungeon called nigeria is grin. Imagine a person (apolgies to Sagamite) saying that South Africa begs nigeria to train her military grin grin grin.

Do you know I ran into one person (again, apologies to Sagamite) who stated that nigeria is the only country that has a 'war college' in the entire Africa grin.
Don't mind the moronic person! grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Lets even believe a foool that says Nigeria is the only country in Africa that has a "War College", and so? grin grin grin grin

That means it is a good or reliable place? The same place they train monkeys like Chongaiman like animals? grin grin grin grin grin

That was how one foool on NL was telling me that Nigerian Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) is an intellectual hotspot where the best in Nigeria are trained.

The same NIPSS that does not have a website in the 21st century is an intellectual hotspot? grin grin grin grin grin grin

To fucktards like these, just tag something a fanciful name and it is great. Cretinous, unexposed moorons that have not seen quality talk about their life is good in Nigeria.

I just had a visitor in my house now and we were discussing how shyt Nigeria is because of their poor work ethics and culture of charging an arm and a leg for anything that meets a basic standard (not exceptional standard). For those that have been to Ghana, one would know they are miles ahead of Nigeria, while cretins like these call themselves "Giant of Africa" while being mainly in a shythole. We both agreed if one is moving back, just move to Ghana where you get value for money instead of being milked by a few select corrupt arseholes that destroy the country and have only little pockets of good places which they charge an arm and a leg for, helped by the fact they let the rest of the country rot.

Then you have a moronic person coming to say SA is begging Nigeria to train their army? grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

I bet he would say even the US and German governments are begging to send their senior civil servants to NIPSS to be trained. grin grin grin grin grin

He is a mental patient! grin
