Accidents happen in UK, USA and leading economies. What we need is a kind of health insurance fund for accident victims while govt improve the road level and frsc implement laws on safety road usage. Fixing the road alone does not solve d problem because a trailer with brake failure or a drunk driver/driver with psychological problems is prone to accident even in d best of roads.
