The students are ignorant of what goes into their education from govt on the average. If govt is already paying N500k for each student every year and have refused funding the system further, commonsense from school administration dictates that they ask a little more from the student.
The problem here is the little more being asked of from the student looks big(100%) because hitherto, govt has paid the bulk of the fee silently, leaving student with the impression that their own contribution of less than 10% is what funds their education wholly.
Don't forget these same students, use expensive cars and phones even if not all of them.
Education is not a short term investment and needs detailed breakdown to know who and who pays what.

I was on an evening shift from work that I had just started. I saw this lady and immediately I wanted her . Our eyes said hello and nothing more but I was in a different department so our breaks et all never merged. I had a friend who was interested in another girl ( who had a friend who was okay to me ). ANyways, his plan was that we would double date. He would ask the girl out and by default i would be matched with the friend. So here I am in a limbo. I opened and read the letter - the lady had professed her feelings to me and asked me to join her for coffee. So I thanked her and said why not. Her name was Sandra. We had a thrill of a relationship. It ended simply because she had a lot of past baggage that she hadnt dealt with. But just to say. We are not in Kansas anymore - Make the first move !!!
