Hmm. I blame parents, especially Nigerian parents.

They teach their kids everything about the hardship in life but always neglect or shy away from sex education and body safety thinking the kids are too young.

This is wrong. Kids should know what parts of their body
are private(s) as early enough. It should be instilled that it's not for everyone to see or touch. Let them know about boundaries and to report if anyone touches them.
