I'm experiencing the same issue, I noticed it all started after the last OTA update. is your phone still fast charging because mine charges very slow now.

Force restart Ur phone by holding the power button for about 20secs, give us an update when u do...

From 50% downwards it drains faster compared to 100% down to 50% and it doesn't charge my rn8 4 cycles. Max is 3.. The rate at which is charges from 0% to 50% is super fast also

I'll pay more attention and revert on my observations.....

I've never noticed that before, though I have never drained it past 30% and that after charging my phone from 10 - 100% about 3½times, I use a 4000mah battery.

I wish Jumia review is like ALIEXPRESS review, I don't joke with review (good or bad one). I was once offered some $ for a positive review on an inferior product as an incentive. I declined and fired the seller 1-star (wish they have 0 star) for selling shìt to me.

I'll write their customer care (although there is a high chance they won't do anything). At least I've done my part, it's now left for the management to follow up or not. Reviews are great for every business, both online and offline, and I don't hesitate to use all means to give it.

But the truth is that it is, the question is do we populate reviews, u do and I do and I make sure I fill all surveys sent to me too. The sad truth however is that most people don't and it's those people that are affected the most and their experiences would have saved others the hassle.

Well we hope we change our attitudes towards some things and hope for a brighter future..

check the battery usage... the app with the highest% like 16 and above [while ur phone is idle] is the culprit...

remember the app draining while ur phone is idle...


go to app settings disable the app, clear cache and re enable it

Well, I've been following this thread with keen interest. And I believe the author is right about the theft.
My story goes like this:
I ordered for a tablet that cost me about $450 on the 12th of June, 2020, order was shipped on the 14th of June, 2020. I waited and waited and waited. Tracking showed package was handed to destination postal admin since 22nd August, 2020. Since then, I visited my local post office to inquire about my shipment at least 5 times who always claim that package is yet to arrive. The last time I visited the post office was last week on the 18th of September, 2020. Meanwhile, my buyer protection expired on 13th September, 2020, and I had 15 days to open dispute and request refund. All these while, I had been in contact with the seller who was very cooperative and always urged I check the local post office frequently. He finally advised I open a dispute and request refund before the expiration of the 15 days post buyer protection time to open dispute. Which was set to be on 28th of this month.
After all the frustrations, I finally opened a dispute on 22nd of this month. Aliexpress confirmed my dispute as valid and I should wait 3 days for them to investigate process my refund.
To my surprise, I got an SMS to come and retrieve my package at my local post office today. I retrieved it and asked when it arrived. The mail man shamelessly said the package has been with them since on the 7th of September, 2020 (past 17 days) and that my number was not going through.... SMH
I asked why didn't he just give me the last two times I visited their office within the time period but he was dumbfounded and speechless.

So they intentional hold on to packages and wait while the transaction period elapses and then sign of the package as collected.

This way the buyer gets a refund, the system closes to modification and the package is open for grabs, gosh this guys are smart.

My umidigi a7pro was a week old yesterday and I really like this device. All-round function is amazing. The only issue I continue to have, as I had already mentioned some time ago, is the battery draining a bit too quickly. Is there sth I have not set right? This is the only trouble I have with the phone. Abeg my umi people mek una epp a broda... Thanks.

What exactly do you use Ur phone for? Then can u show us a screenshot of Ur brightness level, lastly don't use battery saver till u get to 20% ...
