AliExpress uses mostly AESS for phones, DHL and co are for express shipping, that was pre-covid. Last phone I ordered was in February this year and it still didn't get to me.

Like I said I've been listening to views and reports about people's experiences with buying stuff and those packages that never arrive and I can tell you for free that those phones are stolen at the PO.

I believe phones are being targeted at the customs check to even local PO. I've ordered 5 phones from October last year to date and never got even 1.

I got refunded though, but lost more than $114 from gearbest for not buying insurance (e pain me ehnnnn).

So am thinking some PO staffs are stealing phones and selling dem outside, most people aren't complaining cos they get refunds but I think questions should be asked why 9 out of 10 items missing are phones.

I've resolved to source for phones locally or buy through Jumia, I no get power for plenty story abeg.

Jumia had it in stock at one time and it is always cheaper getting from Jumia than getting from abroad. Sometimes Jumia also runs some crazy discount sales on Umidigi products, so keep Ur eyes open cos anything can happen.

Whenever I see someone recommend AKG, I always remember mine. Someone stole it and e still dey pain me till date. Got it for $99 as at 2017.

Great sound even the imitation has awesome sound reproduction especially when paired with a good phone, the only downside to the imitation is call quality, too much static, apart from that it's a well put together piece of equipment.

NB: For those that would want to try it out based on this write up, please always buy the ones made in Vietnam.

What I am saying is that a good picture doesn't translate to how many Megapixel a camera has.

So the Pouvoir cameras might look good on paper but not so much in real life usage.

I have RN5 released 2018, my colleague had a Pouvoir 3 plus. On paper the cameras of the Tecno looked good but in practicality my phone performed better in images.

It is wired and the bass is good. And the sound is balanced. It also keeps away external noise out in a very good way, even when you aren't listening to anything.

I have been using it since January.

I can affirm these, but if u are looking for bass and noise cancellation then get a genuine Samsung AKG wired earpiece and relax.

Remember I talked about having 4 12v 100ah and 1 200ah batteries that seem to have packed up?

Well, I added bought and added acid (from battey charger) to one of the 100ah batteries as a test but it still didn't charge. Eventually I gave this particular battery and the 200ah battery to a local battery charger for 3-4 days.

Now, the 200ah does not stop charging. It can charge for 7 hours straight nonstop. I am using a 40a Souer smart charger.

I think the battery I added acid to has gone bad since it can no longer hold any charge.

Any recommendations?

Seems u have bad cells in Ur battery, when it gets to this point no matter what you do, u can't save the battery.
Secondly, battery chemistry is critical, do u think battery acid will work on gel batteries? Lolz, I laff when people post these kinds of things, for electrolyte u add acid and vis-versa.
Let's be careful so as not to endanger ourselves and our loved ones.
When you have a shorter cell, there's nothing you can do but to trash such batteries, sometimes you can't raise the dead.

NB: Have in mind that the battery chemistry of the oyibo man that posted that YouTube video is different from ours, our batteries are substandard and do no align with their own chemistry, let's be guided...

i get one question concerning the pulse charger....my battery no dey ever full with the pulse charger but when i connect my suouer 10amp charger e go tell me battery full, but the pulse charger go dey 14.4V 1.7amp and it was on 1.7amp when i came back from work yesterday till i left for work at 6am today, it didnt overcharge ,battery wasnt hot, charger was cool, but my car battery was about 14.4v 0.2amp when i charged it, dont get me wrong ,my battery is fine but its what i have been observing, the momment i switch the charger to manual mode and set the knob to 16V 3amp or below 3amp for 45mins to max 1hr.my 200ah battery amp falls to 0.5amp.

See project topic . Well I can't really answer Ur questions since am still experimenting myself.

I still have a 200ah battery hooked up for close to a week now and it's still charging, though I attributed it to the fluctuating power availability, but unlike Ur battery this one is actually getting warm, so am almost tempted to say it has a shorter cell.

But with the readings which is still above 2amps it hasn't settled down to the desulphation point which is the last stage on the display on the right (Ceejay80s u might not see this with our model since it's in Chinese).

So for now am watching and waiting, fingers crossed...
