The 5G router is designed to give you unlimited data but limited speed. The speed you get depends on the subscription plan you go for. the minimum is up to 20mbps.

Both devices can switch from 4G to 5G

Last year, the same event took place at the same venue. This year it's here again at the same venue. With little or no publication or adverts, how do people outside Lagos participate? For Example, I can count myself among the first 100 Nigerians who are glued to the news. I didn't come across this except that you have just mentioned it here.

Why won't we emulate other countries in things like this?

this is just one out of many international events. Then our own local events, we can't even rotate it around Nigerian States. What a shame.

I'm looking to get hynetflex and unlock it for my spectranet. I'm tired of all these mumu mifi with their terrible quality. What should I be looking for since my goal is to unlock the hynetflex? Are there versions that are not unlockable? Is there a specific version I should be looking for? Thanks.

All those you said and more, already are the duty of a common average charge controller be it PWM, or MPPT.

And yes, there are lots of fakes and lithium based batteries are not exempted.

And for rugged use, WET cell batteries still excels better. Every battery technology has got it's place.

Just like we have Magnetic tapes, Hard disks, SSDs, etc.

You're better of buying an expensive Dry or Wet cell batteries, than buying a CHEAP Lithium based battery. And you know what, an expensive Dry or Wet cell battery, is mostly CHEAPER than that CHEAP Lithium based battery.

Make we never talk of the inherent dangers of Lithium based batteries such as possibility of catching fire or exploding, yea that's why they come with BMS but what happens when you buy fake ?

I'm someone who have built battery banks, damaged a couple, tried inventing somethings along the way.
Right from childhood, I'm very technical with electrical things. So even new things ain't so new to me. Those I don't know, just looking at them, I could deduce a couple if things.

I don't remove wires, all connection from charge controller,smart charge and ups has clip just like that smart charger +&- alligator clip,
I just had attachall to the pattery so it's easier for me to unclip them all if I need to use them elsewhere,

Thunder don strike my ups o!!!! Thank God my appliances are ok, the thunder touch me small for my ribs inside my sitting room cos I was with my phone , charging when it was raining, thank God I have a spare ups today Sunday, I for dey darkness till Monday , I will have to buy only the ups panel tomorrow

I need to mention that I stopped using the inverter and battery as soon as it stopped charging, I worked from a friend's place whenever there's no power till I got the battery charger, neither did I ever use it when it's low. You need to see how I pamper it cos it's important to my job. As soon as it beeps once I turn it off immediately! and the beeping sound only started happening when I started charging with an external battery charger and this is because it doesn't last beyond 2 hours.

So it's most likely number 1, the guy installed a fake Chinese battery without warranty for me and failed to let me know. Funny enough I got to know him from nairaland here!

Please can the battery still be redeemed, if yes, please let me know how to go about it, if not, kindly tell me more about the laptop battery bank as I haven't heard of it before. If I knew about it before I wouldn't have gone for the inverter honestly. The information I'd like to know is: How much should I budget for the laptop battery bank if I have to go for it, and what quality should I look out for to forestall any issues in future.

Hello here. Please I really need some help here.

I installed this inverter and battery in November last year for my remote job. I didn't install solar panels because we normally have up to 18 hours power supply in my area except on some bad days when power could go off for 2 days or more.

I use it to power just my work laptop and phone and it normally stay up to 2days or more before draining out. I work 9-5. I don't use it to power any other electronics, not even my bulbs.

All of a sudden in April, the battery stopped charging, when I informed the guy who fixed it I was told the inverter is bad, that high current led to it, even though we didn't experience any high current situation in my area during that time. He said I'll need to buy an external battery charger which I bought and have been using.

Problem is, since I started charging with the external charger the battery no longer last beyond 2 hours before it drains out and this is really affecting my job.

I have informed the guy who installed it but he's not proferring any solution.

Please I need help on what to do to get it to last 2 days+ as it used to as this is affecting my job badly.
