BusinessRe: Savings In Insurance Bank or Piggybank Which One Is Advicesable? by saintnegroid(m): 2:30pm On Feb 18, 2022

Good morning Nairalanders,

I work in a very reputable company and my salary is good at my age, I spent money alot on unnecessary things. A friend of mine always advice me to save because things might not be keep rossy like this in future which I don't pray for . So I think it's best for me to have a reserve because of raining days.

I always wish to have discipline account Which I will find it difficult to touch no matter the challenges, but all my calculations is not working, am not lucky when it come to all this akawo or Ajo ( daily contribution or cooperative savings), most of them always get issues when it come to my turn to collect. .

I don't know if it's village people or luck. This has make me lose money in all this Ponzi scheme, MBA etc.

There some insurance agent that do come to my office and introduce thier savings scheme which I love thier benefits ( Tax rebate and life cover. I will not die now in Jesus name) but what people say about getting money when it come to maturity do scared me. A friend of mine lose over 6M in cash craft ( they are not insurance ).

I have several bank account, I know savings in bank is good but I can always terminate my contract whenever I need money they because they don't have charges.

So all this has been given me serious issue and I want to start saving this year.

Can I pick savings plan with insurance or I should just go to the bank? go to prudential zenith in zenith bank and save your money... You can save monthly, quarterly,or yearly. It works on direct debit where your account can be debited without you going to the bank to make payment...

Ask yourself this very interesting question: How many folks had received insurance payouts from the First-Party Insurance, let's not even go to the distant Third-Party Insurance. Like you rightly said, most of us do these processes to avoid wahala from law enforcement. In the overall, making insurance claims in nigeria can generally be frustrating.
I can prove you wrong sir

Insurance can actually pay of third party. Insurance in Nigeria over the years have greatly improved and not what it used to be. So who ever is calling third party insurance “Police let me pass” is very wrong. As long as you pay a premium, the insurance company must pay third party claims
some of them goes to secretariat to buy third party just to pass police.... Those ones do not have cover and I guess that's the one they are referring to

MENTION ONE THING THAT WORK IN NIGERIA, SURELY NOT THIRD PARTY INSURANCE
you are wrong... We are paying claims all the time... Go and check zenith insurance books and see it for your self... Just walk to any zenith bank and ask for their insurance desk and see this g's for your self.... Insurance is working perfectly in Nigeria

Third-party insurance is essentially a form of liability insurance. The first party is responsible for their damages or losses, regardless of the cause of those damages. One of the most common types is third-party insurance is automobile

Third-party offers coverage against claims of damages and losses incurred by a driver who is not the insured, the principal, and is therefore not covered under the insurance policy. The driver who caused damages is the third party.

According to the insurance policy, you get coverages up to ₦1,000,000.00 on your third party insurance.

But from my own little observations, I realized that most Nigerian only renew thier third party insurance because of police Road safety or VIO. Infact some of my colleagues in office call it police let me pass .

Some Believe that insurance doesn't pay on Third-party. How true is this? Have you ever be deny Claim on your third party insurance? It works perfectly... That's if you buy the insurance policy from a recognised insurance company... The one people buy from secretariat does not have cover... I am an insurance expert.... You can ask any question pertaining to insurance

It seems PMB will be interested on who succeeds him knowing the kind of Hyenas and Jackals lurking around especially in the opposition.
For the ignoramus, it is pertinent to know that the amended electoral laws won't affects PMB personally as he's not vying for any position in future election. So use your brain & save your groans.
so you mean PMB is in charge of the affairs? Can he even read? Can he even understand anything? Or you want to pretend that you don't know that some people are the ones handling the affairs of this country? Is it the PMB that told you he won't sign the bill? So Malami is now PMB? I have been dating this girl for more than a year and she has been nice to me. But things hasn't been fair to me. She's an orphan, same thing as me.

I am a street boy and we are both in our final year in school. I made some money before she came into my life and then I went broke ever since, i am not blaming her or something but there are some things i can't share here about her.

So she travelled for the holiday for like three months now. She has changed, she told me her cousins are doing well and that their boyfriends' bought cars for them and that she has tried for me.

I really feel for her. That was one of the reasons I didn't want her to go home at first, negative influence. So, she told me she needed space that i have not been trying financially.

I told my friend and he said i should forget the girl for now. The thing is, I don't even blame her, I wouldn't stay with myself if I was her.

I'm just heart broken not being able to do anything.

I'm not simping o... Things are going well for me this period without her being here, i just feel for her that's all.upon say they are doing in this ritualist hands yet they still won't hear.... Imagine her saying that her cousin's boyfriends bought them cars... Wow

Why take money from him, when you don't intend to date or fûck him?

Na from smooching, fûck dey take start. From asking another man for money, na there cheating dey start.

Kaleidoscopeman is right to be worried. That woman is showing strong potential to be a crook for taking money from another biologically-unrelated man she intends not to date/fûck (if it's her intention which I doubt. Her conversation is open, leading the guy on), while in a committed relationship with someone who intends to marry her in a short while, and a disloyal woman.

You guys encourage Nigerian women in their despicable and disloyal behaviour and act surprised when they cheat on you or bring home bastard children for you to raise. Rubbish men! This is not an issue of encouragement.... Did see the part that guy said let her not Bleep up? Meaning the girl has been fucking up, collecting the money without showing up...
