For me, I'd sketch in Illustrator, then finish up in Photoshop. Could use Lightroom for some tweaks, but Photoshop is sufficient.
Honestly, jobs like this takes time. I have one in my bucket, currently. I just do little everyday, till the day I have the energy and time to face it squarely.

You don't have to share all. A tip is good enough for any keenly interested and serious party to do some research and test work. Truth is, you acquired your pool of knowledge somewhere or somehow.

So I went to school to study Finance. With the many hardship attached to my four-year course, I'd graduate then spend 2 years doing military combat. 2years o!!! Upon graduation, I can't remember all I learnt at school because it's not in my working memory. Now, I'd for the next two years not practice or learn a skill, but doing military combat

Check the settings on the launcher to know what gesture pops the menu up.
You can press and hold any open space on the home screen, then find your way to the launchers settings for gestures...

I've seen two clips where a cow attacked a moving bike.
A cow broke the side mirror of the car my friend's mum drove to Osun State.
Cow graze on farmers crops.... These farmers commit a lot of efforts to those crops.

No person that has a good level of IQ would say cows should move all over Nigeria because of grazing, when there's something called poultry for some other livestock. Why not take goats, ram, turkey, Chicken, and others around?

Buhari has completed one railway from Lagos to Ibadan and it is considered an achievement, only in Nigeria.

Achievement is when you build a rail network with little or no debt, using indigenous labour, supplies and engineers.

Projects that leaders of other nations have embarked on over 20yrs ago is what they are proud of.. And they are not even trying to catch up!

2. Send A Message Or Make A Call
WhatsApp functions as a messaging and calling app, so when you want to know whether someone has blocked you, you should try texting them and if you send a message to a contact who has blocked you, you will see one checkmark, meaning it was sent from your phone. However, the one checkmark will never turn into two checkmarks, so the message never gets delivered to the person

Another method is placing a call and this can be an effective method of checking whether you are blocked by someone. When you try calling someone who blocked you, WhatsApp will allow you to do it just to conceal the fact that you had been blocked. However, the person will never pick up.

There are other reasons why your calls may be unanswered but if it happens continually then blocked.

3. Add The User To A Group
This method is the most effective method or approach to knowing if you have been blocked. While the other methods described above don’t provide an actual assurance of giving you the result you need because they can happen as a result of network problems or the person’s lack of desire to update their profile, this last method is the most effective one.

When you have a feeling that someone blocked you on WhatsApp, what you can do is create a group and try adding the person to your group.

If you haven’t been blocked, you will have no problem doing that but If it happens that you were blocked, you will see a message saying that you are not authorized to add that contact. This is the assurance needed to know that someone blocked you from having conversations on WhatsApp with them.

These are three major ways to discover if you have been blocked by someone and it is was written with the hope you find it useful as you interact with people.

There's this person that's blocks and unblocks me when my help is needed. Even my SMS does not deliver and my network provider removes their money, but it delivers if I have to respond to that person's message...
I had the feeling but I wasn't sure, till my guys told me of the group method... Me sef don block the person!

OP, we should consider certain things before concluding...

Roads smoothness, one-way or two-way, exits or straight-express, very busy or rarely busy, accommodate learners or not, working existing limits, etc.

The speed limit on some areas on the highways would be 20mph, 40 mph, 60mph,..., and without limits - choose if you want to get to where you're going...

For instance, the speed limit in the UK is 70mph, but 160km/h (99mph) in UAE.

But for whatever reason, I believe no driver should drive above 160km/h... Except a convoy, with a reason worth it.
But if you feel like you can do 200km/h and nobody's gonna arrest you, suit yourself!

Summary:
She was so temperamental that she chased the husband with a knife, she was selfish, the bread winner, and the husband in the house, but with an attitude that tames the 'wife'.
The husband (now wife) is too cool, hopeful, and submissive. I guess because he's not at rich as she is. So, he's easy to control and confuse.
