You Catch Your Woman Cheating?, Don’t Fight That Man, Simply Do These 7 Things.

Discovering your partner cheating is tough. Instead of fighting, try these five steps to handle the situation wisely.

1. Stay calm. It’s natural to feel angry and hurt, but reacting with violence won’t help. Take deep breaths and try to control your emotions.

2. Gather evidence. Before confronting your partner, make sure you have clear proof of the cheating. This could be messages, photos, or any other evidence. It helps avoid misunderstandings.

3. Talk to your partner. Have an honest conversation. Share your feelings, and listen to their side too. This can bring clarity to the situation and help decide the next steps.

4. Take care of yourself. Emotional well-being is crucial. Seek support from friends or professionals. It’s okay to feel hurt, and talking about it can be therapeutic.

5. Evaluate the relationship. Consider if trust can be rebuilt. Both partners need to be willing to work on it. If not, it might be time to move on.

6. Establish boundaries for the future. If you decide to stay together, set clear expectations. Discuss what needs to change for the relationship to heal.

7. If moving on is the best choice, be ready to let go. It’s challenging but holding onto self-respect is important.
This doesn't apply to human beings. Tell ChatGPT to be a human first, then ask them same question again.

SS haven't been luck both at state n federal level though but Jonathan can't take all the blame though he messed up
We are talking about a major FG road here—he Calabar-Itu highway, and you say I should just let him walk away? Do you know the number of road projects he completed in the North? Do you know the number of road projects Buhari completed for the North? Haven't you already seen what Tinubu is doing for the SW? And you say GEJ wasn't badluck for the SS? You should think again.

Where is Amaechi who wanted to please Buhari by constructing rail line to Niger Republic while he failed to maintain the one in his home state.
That's exactly the same thing GEJ did. He focused on the North to buy their heart for his second term bid while ignoring his people in the South South. At last, God punished him and he failed.

Sometimes my body get weak with what am seeing in nigeria, the youth is just been blinded with religion and tribes issues and shy away from the truth.
I can swear with my life that the leaders of nigerians have done a charm a very strong one to silence the masses not to know the right from left, everyday the hardship keep increasing and we keep adjusting , most people have not seen food to eat, most people on nairaland can not boost of 30k on their account , and the keep supporting those who wants to destroy them.
Inflation keep rising, but income keep been stignant. How many of you can boost of quality health, don't you know the more the hardship the more your life expectancy rate reduce.. I must hustle anyhow to take my kids outside this country because the country is irredeemable.
God bless your hustle dear. I pray you succeed in your journey to give your kids a better life away from here.

Our country is in serious bondage. Everyone is looking and acting stupid for the politicians. Meanwhile, while GEJ was the president, ethnic wars wasn't much an issue. The Ijaw or the entire South South wasn't supporting the man to suppress the people. Nigeria took a new turn when Buhari came onboard. The old man started was there favoring his ethnic people with appointments and ignoring the others from other regions.

Tinubu came in and worsen the situation even with his supporting his suppressing and demonic policies against the people. Now, it's pure hardship everywhere yet you still have people supporting him. If you complain, they tag you an enemy. As it stands, Nigeria is doom and I wouldn't encourage anyone to stick around when they can afford to leave.

Worst still, Nigerians hardly speak for themselves. You'll see someone doing rubbish and everyone would keep quiet because they are not affected today. There's no sense of community again. Everyone wants to mind their business. This isn't a country, mbök. Nigeria is far from being a country.

You're obviously a kid!!

Who took care of you from infancy, feeding and clothing you to even age 10 deserves anything from you.
Do you know what it means to feed, cloth and house someone for 10 good years??

Even if that's the only thing your father did for you, he has tried!
That's my opinion. That's my life. You can stick to your opinion and your life.

I'll not sacrifice my life for someone that merely raised me. Look, it's not about raising someone but helping them to become successful in life. Sadly, in poor families, the parents don't care. You can also choose to sacrifice your own life for them.

You can choose to dance and enjoy the poverty they transferred to you. I'll never support anyone to focus on parents that transfered poverty to them instead of seeing how to fix their own life first.

Dad didn't live recklessly, same with mom....but they left rather too early.
There's no guarantee to long life
Nothing is guaranteed in life. However, as long as you are here, you've got to live it good and leave the things you can't control to nature.

Above all, take your mind off your parents. They are gone for good and there's nothing you can do about it. At least, they lived their life.

The race of life is a lone game. Focus on your life and make no excuses regarding your parents. There's nothing they can do for you right now and you can still succeed big because your life or success doesn't depend on them.

All you need to do is to build up yourself; get yourself ready for life, and the lines will fall in place for you.

See how you can plan to make meaning out of your own life. Your parents lived their life and bowed out. Don't use the excuse of your parents not living so long on earth to live recklessly.

Did you read the topic very well? Your attack on poor parents are scathing and bears no semblance of understanding of their respective situation nor semblance of evidenced study.
You are speaking grammar because I know I'm not attacking them but their attitude towards the survival of their children when they truly know they practically brought and raised poverty in the family.
CareerRe: Should Children Be Their Parents' Retirement Plan? by samuelson06(m): 12:59pm On Nov 15, 2023
I don't really have a problem with children being their parent's retirement plan. The design is that children should take care of their aged parents and I don't see anything wrong with that. Where I seriously have a problem is when parents don't invest in their children to become successful in life and simply focus on making more children and by God's grace one of the children escapes poverty with little or no contribution from the parents, then you see them coming to lay claims of the child and complaining to the world how the child has abandoned them.

For God's sake, this is a child that suffered so much and alone to become successful and instead of you allowing the child to begin investing in their future and family and stamp out poverty in their own lineage, you are coming to complain about negligence. Must everyone be poor in the family?

From my observation in Nigeria, poor parents don't care about their children. They don't even pray for them to succeed. All they are interested about is what they can get from the children because they feel it's the children's responsibility to take care of them. They don't care about lifting even one to escape poverty in the family so in future, that one can also save others. They care only about themselves. They don't care about the endemic poverty in the family.

So when I say consider yourself lucky, it's either such marital issues don't come up or they are not beyond what your wife can bear.

So perhaps you are the one talking rubbish. smiley
You are still talking rubbish. So, the only way you should express your anger and frustration is by destroying my properties? Don't say women, please, maybe you should say some women. Life is full of up and down. Get well soon thespian.
My countryman, I feel so bad hearing this. Life is so unpredictable.

Recently, a friend was analysizing how men can easily become afflicted with prostrate problems, which can seriously obstruct urination and defecation, and I was just sitting cold. Then, I asked myself, why are we so fragile? Why does our body fail easily?

I feel so sad about this development. For someone in their golden years, it can speed up their death. This man has always been active before this trouble started. I'm just wondering how he's going to cope sitting one place or being wheeled around.

Saying the amputation was done to keep him alive doesn't really settle well with me. He may begin to think about the whole thing everyday and call death upon himself. I hate all these troubles with living. I so hate it.

Stop talking like Judas Iscariot. Is it your money? Is he the one that brought the members you are talking about to this world? You talk as though you'll do different if you were in his position. In your entire life, how much have you given to the poor? Oh, it's because you are not a pastor.

At every level, giving is discretionary. Allow people to live their life the way they want. Your criticizing them won't change anything. When you have your own money, give the way you want.

Thank you Asiwaju Tinubu for not letting this dream die from the initial stage that the vision carrier, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, ran to you in desperation when our late President Yardua of the PDP , revoked his successful bid for our national refineries. You assured him that Lagos will support him to realise his dream. That dream is realized today. You are truly a visionary Leader of our time. God bless you Asiwaju Tinubu.

Thank you Alhaji Aliko Dangote and your team members for this great feat.

Thank you President Buhari for approving NNPC's request to support the project with the 20% stake.

Thank you Mr Mele Kyari of NNPC and Mr Emefiele of the CBN for the relentless hardwork you both put into this project to save it from failing.

Thank you to all our indigenous banks and international banks, crude oil production companies, CBN, NNPC, patriotic public and civil servants, the great and patriotic Nigerians and lovers of Nigeria who all contributed to make this project a laudable success.

Great gbosagbosa Thank you to the Centre of Excellence, my Lagos state and in particular, Eti-osa for being a worthy host. E seun lopolopo eyin lobaloba, Ijoye ati gbogbo ara ilu Eko.

Thank you HE Babatunde Raji Fashola for your leadership in helping Dangote Refinery call Etiosa home today.

It's a feat even generations unborn will benefit from as they will not inherit the evil petrol subsidy system that nearly killed Nigeria.

To the shame of the naysayers and unpatriotic elements, Dangote Refinery made it and you lost again. All the enemies of Nigeria will lose las las, they always lose.
Congratulations to Nigeria. God bless Nigeria for ever!

Looking haggard doesn't take away the fact that they are physical demons.

Don't blame anyone paying task to non state actors. They do so to stay alive because the government have failed them.

Northern herdsmen and terrorists are taxing people in the North. You should be concerned about that too. Terrorists killed tens of people in Ondo state. No justice for the dead or people of that town.

So, when talking about terrorism in any part of the country, understand it's something that's plaguing all of us. No part of this country is safe.
