Yes you are right maybe because we are in the same ECOWAS & our Nollywood is also play a major role because they watch our movies alot.
But you see those countries outside ECOWAS, their Pidgin is entirely different from ours.
Am only drawing emphasis on anglophone countries, those African Franch, Portuguese countries also have their own Pidgin language.

First of all Pidgin English is not a standard English, the way I speak my Pidgin English in the south, the northern finds it difficult to comprehen it a times talkless of a person from another Africa country.
Why we understand each other is because many of those Pidgin words/ slanges are coin from English language.
I may not fully understand the Pidgin English a Ghanaian is speaking but because those words are structure in English I have clues of that he's talking about.
Try listen to those Africa counties that speak English as their first language, then listen to their Pidgin English, it's entirely different from the ones we speak in Nigeria.

There are more of black Foreigners than white in Nigeria universities both private & gorvernmt University, you wouldn't kwn because they have black skin like you.

Let me help you out Abit, I don't kwn the passport office you use , but normally before capturing, they will have to verify ur documents, like an interview, asking you some questions, verifying with ur original documents, in doing so, they can correct all errors in your application file.
Then after capturing, they will tell you to looking at the monitor screen in front of you, you will have to take your time to check word by word if your name spelling is correct and your date of birth is also correct before submitting it to their data base.
Don't worry, you still have opportunity to correct the errors you made during the application process, the only way to be botherd is after capturing you realise the error and it had already been submitted.
Just stay calm, they application slip is just a receipt is just like an acknowledgement slip for payment for capturing and that will not be use to Capture your data on their data base.

No you are not rebuilding another well, give the job to an expert, they kwn what to do.
I this case, I think dey will have to crack and remove the top rim to reach the faulty ones, dem relace the bad onces.
Now that there's rain & wells are filled with water, I don't think it's a good time to renovate that well, cause they will have to remove the debris at the bottom of the well,if there's any cause of the fallen rims.
Well like I say,an expert kwn what to do.

Its the upper ring above the ground dat is falling off. The ones dat are below and inside are okay.

Similar thing happened to the one in my compound, we hired Aboki guys, they removed everything completely,drain the well, removed all the debris of the broken rims from the bottom of the well & re- arrange the rims from bottom to top & also replace the missing rims section.
In our case the upper section of the rim got broken, leaving the top & bottem rims intact.
