TrollMan: You can say that again, adequate description.

Sha, what if it's the other way round?
As in a lady asking for money after say, one week.
That's a norm right? cheesy
True, yes, it's a norm but a bad one too. A lady who asks for money from a guy just a week into their relationship is not a good one.
Romance › What's Your Temperament? by Sanchez01(op): 8:54am On Sep 09, 2014
Temperament are those heritable characters in each individual to make him unique in behavior. They define us and determine our likes, habits and lifestyles. Basically, there are four types of temperament:

1. Sanguine.
2. Choleric.
3. Phlegmatic.
4. Melancholy.

Temperaments Explained

Melancholic:
Strengths; Gifted, analytical, aesthetics, self-sacrificing, industrious, self –disciplined. Weaknesses- Moody, self-centered, persecution-prone, revengeful, touchy, theoretical and unsociable.

Sanguine:
Strengths: Sociable, responsive, warm, and friendly, talkative, enthusiastic, compassionate. Weaknesses- undisciplined, emotionally unstable, unproductive, egocentric, exaggerates.

Choleric:
Strengths: Strong-willed, independent, visionary, practical, productive, decisive, leader.
Weaknesses: Cold, unemotional self-sufficient, impetuous, domineering, unforgiving, sarcastic, angry and cruel.

Phlegmatic;
Strengths: Calm, quiet, easygoing, loyal, objective, diplomatic, organized and efficient, humorous,
Weaknesses- Unmotivated, procrastinator, selfish, stingy, self-protective, indecisive, fearful, worrier.

However, it had been argued overtime that it is impossible for an individual to have just a temperament; meaning every individual posses a blend of one or two temperaments. Thus, there is a dominant temperament and 'attached' temperaments which are considered as sub-temperaments. So here goes:

MelChol:
Has self will and determination; perfection is and slave driver; has strong leadership capabilities; may establish his own institution and run it well; very difficult to please or to live with; when corrected, may go into violent explosion; spirit of anger and revenge.

MelPhleg:
Best scholars whom people tend to like (since most scholars are unsociable); prefer solitary environment for study and research; organized and efficient; good mathematicians and spellers; very worrisome; has tendency to be vengeful.

PhlegSan:
Easiest to get along with for a long period; favorite of children and never angry; falls short of his true capability; quits school (or changes profession) early; follows line of least resistance; stingy, selfish and proud.

PhlegChol:
Excellent group leader; good counselor for he is a good listener; very stubborn and unyielding; the older he gets the more sedentary.

PhlegMel:
Most gentle and gracious; rarely angry or hostile; dresses simply; does not get over involved in anything; stingy and selfish.

SanChol:
Talks too much highly opinionated; has mouth trouble (talks before thinking); anger problem; not very honest.

SanMel:
Highly emotional and may change form laughter to tear or vice versa within minutes; great actors and public speakers (orators); anger problem; wants admiration badly.

SanPhleg:
Easiest person to like; extremely happy; likes helping people; motivation is by environment and circumstances rather than self; lack of motivation and discipline and does not like work but likes socializing.

CholSan:
Overactive; best motivator of people; hostile; anger problem; brutally frank or hurtful; opinionated and prejudiced.

ChlorPhleg:
Very organized; great planner; not autocratic, people enjoy working for him/her; make good husband or father; but harbors resentment and bitterness; will not agree to mistake and will make it up quietly instead of apologizing; very stubborn.

CholMel
Very industrious; a thorough leader; a very good argumentator/debater; can be dictatorial/autocratic; hostile and resentful and a slave driver.

Caseless2: They'r not. They were introduced into religion by men.
Wrong! They were not introduced into religion by men. They were commandments from God Himself;

1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving grateful praise.

1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
2 Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his[a];
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Psalm 150
1 Praise the Lord.[a]
Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heavens.
2 Praise him for his acts of power;
praise him for his surpassing greatness.
3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
praise him with the harp and lyre,
4 praise him with timbrel and dancing,
praise him with the strings and pipe,
5 praise him with the clash of cymbals,
praise him with resounding cymbals.
6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord.

I wish the persona to whom this is addressed could read it and understand she is holding a heart at ransom. Sometimes, it fails, and sometimes it works out, but this is not to say that we should prevent ourselves from going forward. OP, your art of expression is flawless but still, sometimes, we must learn to stop in our tracks and self-examine what happened and how it went wrong. Our joy is not glued to just one person.

It's high time you put the past behind and move on. Just like Lemar Obika's song, it is 'Time to Grow.'

plaetton: Actually, everything she posted was on point. I could not have said them better.
You are the one who has made no sense in your arguments. You are still arguing from inside the mental prison you built for yourself.
For example, you still using your false beliefs to justify the same beliefs. It's like using my book of fairy tales to justify the existence of Santa Clause.

I sense a high degree of irritation coming from you.
It is called cognitive dissonance.
It happens very often when a religiotard hits the brick wall of facts, reason and common sense.

The very fact that you suffer cognitive dissonance is proof enough that you have been left holding the bag, an empty bag full of toxic air.
Funny, the fact still stands that putting up arguments, particularly when a party has made up its mind to be blind to the truth makes no sense. I am not irritated, just surprised at the fact that she claimed her everything is in our hands when I honestly have no clue. And about your dissonance, well, you alone are in on your theory. I have always sought to explain things constructively, but not with you guys. I always sense this aura of anger flowing through your posts and it's quite surprising that the likes of you who claim to believe in nothing are from sound Christian homes with vast knowledge of the scriptures. It is not in my place to convince you, since I seek no intention of winning.

rinrin23: Its you people that are giving us sleepless nights.

How can we sleep knowing that your kind are in the majority. As a country most crucial decisions are made to favor the majority. Stereotypes are created out of the majority.

So if the majority, which is you and yours, cant think for yourselves, how can you be trusted to make quality decisions. I have to live here with you people, leadership is in your hands, security is in your hands, healthcare is in your hands, my unborn kids' futures are in your hands.

It's not the Jesus factor that's a bother, its the unthinking- unreasoning-crowdmentality- western is superior-holyspirit leads me- jesus is in control- lazyass nature behind it thats worrisome.

How can I sleep??!
Truth is, I found it rather difficult to understand your post. When you stated 'us', I was surprised as I want to know who the 'us' are.

About security, your life and your kids, what happened to the fact that you are not tied to this great country. I perceived contempt and disgust as I read through your post, which honestly makes it confusing for me. I need not explain what you definitely won't understand. The true understanding of the scriptures does not lie in being dogmatic, rather, studying and finding out things for yourself. To you, the Word is foolishness while it means a lot to the likes of me and the so-called stereotyped people who rule your life. I honestly don't get what you mean by ' lazyass nature behind it thats worrisome'. Like I stated, I need not make anything clear to you. Stop getting mad at yourself, above all things and stop acting like one that has not grown. I know some pagans and atheists who would rather make cogent points, rather than bemoan the existence of Christ.
Romance › Re: Since After Sending Her Money, She's Being Avoiding Me. by Sanchez01(m): 9:37am On Sep 08, 2014
teeo: You sound like a gentleman so I would ignore your first paragraph. Men are the cause of their predicaments in relationships, if the Op had slept with the Lady I can bet my next paycheck that he won't open this thread.

It's obvious that all he wanted to do was to paint himself righteous and call the girl a hustler. You meet a girl and you begin to show of your money, Biko who does that, fools do sha.

Since the Op claims to be an oil worker and can get another one, he should do so and stop being a cry baby.
@the bolded, thanks for the compliment, really, I meant no insult.

You honestly don't get it, do you? Relationships are never about sex. For instance, I'm a sensitive person, extremely sensitive and extremely emotional. Would you tell me that sex will cater form my sensitivity or the fact that I am emotional? The answer, of course, is NO. I don't think the OP wanted to paint himself as righteous; he helped someone in need, which I would do as well, they became close and the emotions gushed in, maybe on his part. He admitted to the foundation already, and he is no fool for assisting someone.

I want to believe you read the OP's post well, because he never sounded like a cry baby to me. Rather, he was concerned that his money might have insulted the lady and her pride. Relationships are never about sex. Being with someone who loves you for you, and not for the things you have, I believe, is the most important of all.
Romance › Re: Since After Sending Her Money, She's Being Avoiding Me. by Sanchez01(m): 9:21am On Sep 08, 2014
dein77: Thanks for this. I have learned my lesson. I still do not want to believe she did a fast one on Me - I see her as a decent baby. Of course I can't get angry over the cash; I'm simply angry for not being sensitive enough to her. I have given greater amount of money to people. The foundation was indeed wrong. Lesson learned. Life goes on. Good morning.
Honestly, some ladies have this perfect way of feigning decency,particularly when they sense the person approaching them is a gentleman. You need not be angry, sometimes, we just have to learn through the eyes of others. Life indeed goes on. Good morning smiley.
Romance › Re: Name 1 Reason For Your "Single" Status by Sanchez01(m): 9:15am On Sep 08, 2014
For those claiming their reason for being single is because they want to concentrate on one thing or the other have suffered bad relationships than others.
I believe there are two kinds of partners;

1. Those that would help you achieve your goals and even go out of their way to make sure it happens, encourage your dreams and be the perfect person you never imagined them to be.

2. And there are those that will walk into your life and cause you to lose sight of things you have prioritized.

Just like Banega had rightly stated, it is better being single than being with the wrong person, but it is best being with someone who seeks only the best for you than being alone.
Romance › Re: Since After Sending Her Money, She's Being Avoiding Me. by Sanchez01(m): 9:07am On Sep 08, 2014
teeo: Another lady bashing thread.
Well, you're wrong and just in case you're trying to create the picture of a perfect gentleman to a lady on the forum, then you can go on arguing blindly that ladies are being subjected to insults on the forum.

OP, we sure share a similar trait; I enjoy seeing others happy and knowing I'm responsible for their happiness, male or female. However, your relationship was wrong from the get-go; you built a foundation on money, you might not know this but this is the truth. She saw you as a cash cow, one that could easily meet her needs. Truth is, you shouldn't have asked such person out in the first place, not when money came in before the relationship proper.

Though it would be too early to say she played a fast one on you, what I know for sure is that the feeling here is not mutual. Ladies don't really do well with a guy that meet their demands, particularly when they are not in any way attached to the relationship. I'll suggest you let her be, the foundation was wrong. Move on and find yourself one that is deserving.

perry2020: Yeah that's the thing I was so happy when they did the grand finale and both kids and adult who couldn't even speak either french or hausa spoke so fluently,they made alot of stuffs I was so impressed,they did language training,entrepreneurial training,vocational training aswell,3k for the whole summer,family of two 1.5k.
If only all churches could do that at very affordable price then the problem of unemployment would be so reduced.
That is a wonderful feat and a great mark of achievement. I can only imagine how nice it would have been. Truth is, I believe so much in being skillful and self employed, coupled with a sound educational background. It totally makes a lot of difference and it contributes to effective productivity and outstanding innovations. Churches all over know that unemployment is fast becoming a threat not only to youths but to families. I wish I was there...smiley

valmunich: Jeez! Does the precious metal matter that much? What happened to real love? Smh!
Is it not saddening that a lot of ladies would rather place importance on the quality on the band than to accept just any? When I read comments of guys on this section claiming that Nigerian ladies are terrible, one would think they are vexed based on past experiences, whereas some of the things they say are indeed true.

Happiness and loyalty should be the topmost priority. Most of those who were proposed to with 365 karat gold or diamond, if there is anything as such, never relinquished the joy of the marriage up to 365 days. Is it not saddening?
