Draw procedure

The 26 teams given direct entry to the group stage will be joined by the six winners of the play-off ties.

Well you have a point but I don't see how the emboldened will curb anything, particularly on this particular thread. What "hard evidence" will you ask for, their bank statement for the past six months or pictures of their apartments to see how poor or rich they look?

The point is, bringing it to the thread alone is enough for the criminal-minded bums to start think of stealing cards and coming on to sell but the truth is a buyer shouldn't bother much about how an individual could afford and decide to sell whatever it is a seller is selling as long as he or she is willing to provide receipts or documents.

Plus the idea of stealing an using the proceeds to shop didn't start today. I got hit in a very shocking way late 2018. I got a debit alert of N118,000 on my First Bank account with details as Aliexpress phone purchase. The debit card hard expired since June of the same year and never bothered to get another because I barely used the account. Long story short, the bank claimed I did the transaction but couldn't answer when I applied for a new card.

Also, card criminals could steal from someone and send the same to someone on here via bank transfer on this very thread even when the said item is overpriced. It swings both ways and the best way to curbing it is limiting the way you transact with too new accounts.

Someone who bought something last week might truly need money this week. Another could buy something last month and get promoted to resume at a new location. There are many legitimate examples and if you are bothered about the origin of household items put up for sale, perhaps you should also start asking buyers to explain where they got their monies from since it could be card fraud proceeds.

This doesn't make sense. Although I don't believe in charms but I sincerely think sentencing people because they are in possession of charms is preposterous. The law doesn't and shouldn't believe in charms because it is supernatural and it is supposed to act based on evidences.

If you cannot arrest a Muslims because they are in possession of their prayer beads or Quran, a Christian in possession of prayer rosary, incense, candles or Bibles then a traditional believer in possession of charms, particularly non ritual or harmful ones shouldn't be arrested.
