please I need your advice urgently.

Currently employed on a 60K monthly salary with accommodation. But sometime ago I applied for Moove Uber before I started my current job and now they reached out to me with congratulations that I have been selected for their drive to own Uber stuff and I should come finalize and pick up the car, that it's ready with current batch.

I applied for the Moove then because it was the brand new 2016 Corolla and that was something I felt would be worth giving it a shot and doing it. But now I have a job doing and it's sort of stressful and very demanding, however, the Uber job will be stressful too, right?

I want to know from those with the experience with Moove Uber, is it worth trying for drive to own, can someone cope from start to finish, is it a feasible venture or another pipe dream?

Should I quit my job for this or remain on my job?

I don't want to make a mistake.

Please advice me. Thank you

That DTO he's been called for is a death sentence.
There is no way he will find it easy to pay N37k weekly for 4 years using only one platform.

Is your check engine light on? If on, get it diagnosed and don't forget to run a data stream on the power train. Let's start from there?

My high mileage Camry threw a P0420 on me like 3 days ago, I noticed it was caused by low gas level, topped it and it disappeared on its own some hours later

Also, don't forget to post the scan results here for further suggestions

What I mean is if someone buys a Camry with dead engine and bad Interior for 500k he can put the car back to standard use with another 500k and having spent just 1m he has a standard naija used camry which u will not find in d market.

I sold a Naija used automatic 04 Matrix, buy and drive to sokoto no single fault first body for 1.4m 2months ago.
Only a mumu will buy a manual 04 Matrix for 1.4 or 1.3m.

Your friends car can be resurrected with less than 500k and u have a clean and standard naija used 04 Camry for 1m...that's a good buy. I would buy it if I had d opportunity.

VERY good bank. The problem is the attitude of Nigerians. A lot of people have no honour. They don't honour agreements. If one takes a loan, one must do everything to make sure the loan is repayed.

If I understand the post correctly, you can borrow 100k today and pay back tomorrow with interest of just N600 so the longer it takes to repay the higher the interest. Besides it's not everybody that qualifies for GT loan and many of those that qualify won't get up to 100k

I haven't used the accord so my opinion will be subjective at best. However, being of a higher vehicle class, it's definitely more expensive to run, but I can't say authoritatively by how much.
The civic is very basic with very little creature comforts, should translate to fewer electrical components that can go bad, which should also mean less expenses and IMPORTANTLY less complications during repairs.
The accord also carries a bigger engine which should translate to less fuel efficiency to the civic.
The accord on the other hand is more elegant and luxurious. The civic pales in comparison.
Having used the civic and the corolla, the civic remains my preferred option anyday.

07 civic is very splendid car.
With the R-18 ivtec engine, the fuel economy is very great.
The parts are not really pricy compared to the corolla of same year.
Engine - less than 200k.
Transmission- less than 100k.
Motor mounts- less than 30k for complete 4 set.
AC compressor- less than 25k.
Radiator plus fan unit- less than 30k.

It's very cheap to maintain, if you use the recommended fluids.

But, you should budget 1.6M upwards for a very sharp one.
Most civics sold online are dead.

1.2M can get u a clean 03-05 model.


P.S Catalytic converter of the 07 civic is 200k plus .
