Highly possible, if you are into writing niche. I actually bought my laptop last year after working and earning with my Android phone for 2 months on freelancer.com. However, it's strenuous and you must acquaint yourself with how to use the apps.
I suggest you get MS office (apk) or quick office (apk); very good apps.

Detecting you use multiple locations is quite different from knowing your location is not the same as your flag, ma'am. If you get a paid VPN like Cyberghost, that will never happen to you. Working on Fiverr is real biz, so investing $5/month or so on VPN is not too much.
I still maintain the fact that Fiverr will not ban you for changing your location with VPN, they will only change it to your real location, which is quite fair.

The way you put this made me laugh. I was just giggling when I saw his comment about Fiverr app and phone browser.
The fact is that only those that only log in with PC are safe, as long as you log in with mobile device, you are exposed already. However, Fiverr ain't too concerned about your location, but some buyers are.
A buyer asked me few days ago if I was really from America, I told him I used to live there, but not anymore. He still went ahead to order my gig.
Generally, everybody knows VPN can change location, so there's little to explain to anybody. Just offer quality services and they will always come back for more.

You don't have "passion in writing ", you can only have passion FOR writing.
Your gig titles also are filled with errors; you'll hardly get orders with those gigs.

To submit modifications, go under the order section and you will see "deliver modifications" or so at the top.
I don't work outside of fiverr, so I don't know how safe it's to be receiving mails. However, I know receiving email ID or any other contact from buyers is against Fiverr rules, and it can get you banned.
As for buyer's request, it's meant for buyers to post their request as the name suggests, not for sellers to advertise. Take the warning and desist from using it.

However, you need to proofread your description as I noticed few mistakes which are unacceptable as you're a writer.
"its" is a possessive pronoun and doesn't mean the same as it's (it has, which you meant to write in your description)
You also wrote "free plagiarism".. I honestly don't know what that means; it should be " plagiarism-free" or something related.
Generally, just proofread it and you're good to go.
You should also make use of buyer's request to get orders.

Hi, folks what a bad start of the day for me. I was just given a negative review by a buyer after i completed a job for him. I dont really know if he is trying to wicked me for not accepting his bid for forum posting. This guy found my keyword research gig and contacted me asking me to open about 5 forum accounts for him and start commenting on people's threads on each of those accounts. I accepted but i had to bill him $300 for that since i am going to making posts on the 5 forums. He asked me if i was kidding with the quote i gave to him, i said yes. Then he told me that he is not going to pay more than $5 for that simple job. Then i try to let him understand politely that i cannot do that stressful job for $5 and even for $20. I also told him that if he is not going to accept $70, then he should find someone else. Surprisingly, he placed an order of $5 and instead of requesting for forum posting, he requested for a different gig which is keywords related to weight loss. I did the research and gave him about 800 keywords related to weight loss. After delivery last night, he gave me a one star review this morning, just like that and my rating went down from 99%-96%, my gig that was on first page has disappeared from first page and it's even found in the searches. Please pals, i want to ask you guys if this negative review and rating will affect my sales. I am a level one seller with 25 positive reviews and this is the first time a buyer is giving me a negative review. Please pals, i need your advice. Thanks

You just have to move on. You've 2 options:
1. Buy reviews to move your ratings up, but I don't know how many reviews you need because Fiverr rating doesn't increase easily.
2. Move on with the 96% and work harder to satisfy your clients to get positive reviews
You may also be advised to beg him to remove the review, but I don't think they will affect your rating.
96% rating is not really that bad; you can use buyer's request to get more sales.
In case you have similar situation next time, don't work for anybody you have heated argument or disagreement with while negotiating, because some of them will only order your gig to hurt you. I rejected an offer of $150 last week due to similar situation as I considered the way the buyer was bluffing and complaining before ordering the gig.
