Hello pals, a buyer ordered 10 articles for $50 about 2 weeks ago. I finished writing the articles and deliver them and the order was automatically marked complete 3 days after delivery. But last night to my surprise, the buyer sent me a message telling me that the 10 articles l wrote will not work and they are not original articles(despite the fact that I used Copyscape premium to check plagiarism and all of them passed Copyscape 100%). He also told me that I used Google translator to write the articles which I never did cos I wrote the articles manually. He even asked me for a full refund after l have suffered so much to write those 10 articles. It's not so easy for me to refund such amount of money just like that so, I tried to let him understand that I use only Copyscape and not grammerly and that l took pains to write the articles manually. I asked him to use to send him some screenshots of the errors in the articles (as detected by his grammerly premium cos he has one) so that I can do the corrections. Since last night I replied up till, I haven't heard from him and I am confused right now. This buyer used to be a repeat buyer and has ordered 10 articles about 3 times now. The first and second set of articles l delivered to him, he didn't complain, he told me that my articles were nice but now shockingly, he is asking for a full refund after the order has been marked complete and the $40 is pending clearance. Pals abeg, waitin I go do now, because my brain wan scatter for here. Am awaiting your suggestions. Thanks.

This one na wa o.. Just ask for screenshot of the places where the errors are, and do the modifications. But if he insists you refund him, let the CS be the judge. However, you must ensure you've evidences that will work in your favor.
BTW, manually written articles should not have any problem with plagiarism. There's probably more to the story.

I did spot some mistakes in your description that are capable of scaring away your buyers.
Your profile says USA, but you schooled in OAU, Nigeria. I'll suggest you remove the school details entirely.
You also need to proofread your bio and gig description; there are few mistakes in your capitalization and concord.
Whenever you're using the buyer's request, try as much as possible to customize your request to suit the buyer's description. E.g if the buyer wants something related to Africa, you can stylishly show your knowledge of Africa in your write-up. Concise but meaningful.
With these done, things should become easier.

Your profile looks like something written by a primary school kid. To be factual, you did a very bad job. I am sure you didn't do what the @Op asked newbie to do by checking the profiles and gigs of established Fiverr sellers.
Check the profile/gigs of the person I quoted above you and do the same with profiles and gigs of top rated Fiverr e-mail marketing sellers. Do not copy and paste their writings, just use them as templates for writing yours.
Change your profile picture to something professional and better.
Create gigs and make sure all your writings are well proofread before you upload.

This, for example, doesn't show you as someone who is a "pro" in writing:
