Neverlosemoney:
Recently, the way I am seeing people asking for investment advice on nairaland and getting dangerous and good advice from Anywhere makes me feel comfortable in speaking up. So here his the thing, I recently hit $22million, yes you heard me right $22million, I repeat $22million, I repeat in naira #9,748billion and I honestly do not know what to do with it. I am so confused on what to invest on, so my humble self is asking where can I invest $12million out of the money. All advice are welcome, even scammers except for Forex traders those guys are the real scammers...Lol. If you are able to give me a real advice I will compensate you with $8million!!!. So Let the reasonable advice begin!!!
I can state to a 99.99% certainty that you have never seen $10,000 before talkless of having $22million in your possession!

A statement you made exposed and gave you away (I won't tell you which one).

This post is nothing more than a bait to entice people so that they will start contacting you through PMs

For those of you who are gullible and have already started seeking financial favours from Neverlosemoney please be on your guard!

PLS ONE LOAN LENDER TOLD ME TO GIVE THEM MY BVN NUMBER,SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND GIVE THEM.ANY IMPLICATION?
The reason for asking for your BVN is to conduct a search to find out if you're a chronic debtor.

Also if you default in the loan your number would be reported to the credit bureau and flagged and you will never be able to access credit

This one pass corruption.
There is nothing corrupt here!

It's a willing buyer, willing seller situation - You either accept or you reject the offer. It's not by force!

When you go for a job interview and they ask you the minimum amount you will accept for the role you might quote 300K per month but meanwhile another person who also came for the same job will be willing to accept a minimum of 700K. Are you going to say he is corrupt just cos he asked for a higher amount?

Pricing is largely a function of the value you place on yourself or your services.

Show me little brother, show me where it states u need prescription to get a contraceptive... Am beginning to think u are 15 year old virgin going abt the Internet looking for clips to masturbate with.

And let me correct u boy, u don't ever ask me what am doing with a drug I do not need prescription for. Never, unless perhaps u are with ur roadside police officer father and his cohorts.... Lolzzz

Mumu, even them ur papa senior for NPF no ask me that kind useless question.
Look I understand u have to defend ur father's job.. But next time do it with sense.. No dey behave like cow wey get sleeping sickness.

And advice ur father too, if not u will see his face on nairaland on Christmas day... A good xmas gift right??...Lolzzz
For your info, your hungry father and his equally hungry brothers when put together when put together will never achieve what my father achieved in life.

You must have been dressed like a street urchin that was why the policemen has the boldness to detain you and extract 10K from you which you hurriedly paid cos you knew you have no valid reason for being in possession of the medication.

Why was a full grown ass man going about with a plethora of drugs which are for feminine use?!

Oh I get it, I hear that people from your town are sexually reckless so I'm sure the reason for the drugs is cos you probably wanted to induce an abortion for the pregnancy your cousin is carrying for you.

Learn to keep your dick in your trousers so you would not need to to walk around carrying a bagful of different brands of contraceptives

If getting referrals is not necessary then why are all of you in it scrambling to get referrals by forcing the rubbish down our throats?!

The 2:1 graduate of the institution while speaking in an interview revealed that she graduated in the year 2014 and she couldn't find a lucrative job for herself, had to resort to selling the products.

She however stood out from the crowd as her products are well packaged in a branded wheeling cooler.

Business › Re: How To Start Oil & Gas Filling Station Business With Little Or No Capital by SavageResponse(m): 10:47am On Jul 31, 2020
cashcity:
How to start oil and gas filling station marketing business in Nigeria with little or no capital has always been a big challenge to average Nigerian who dreams of making a living in oil sector. Business and investment in oil and gas sectors are mostly high jacked by the elites in the society because of the high capital needed to set up the platforms such as oil terminal/depots, gas plant and filling stations, trucks and man power (staff strength). People involved in marketing and distribution of petroleum products are always taken to be the richest members of the society just because of the availability of capital.

The question now is “Can an average Nigerian also involve in such business despite the huge capital demand and sometimes the risk factor that scares people away from it?” The answer is YES. I can assure you that an average Nigerian who does not have up to a million naira startup capital can take part in oil and gas business today.

The business processes I’m about to discuss is designed to favour average Nigerian who has given up on his dream of making a living through oil and gas sector.

Firstly, Nigeria is one of the richest oil producing country in the world with the rich crude oil deposit found in the South-South, South-East and South-west region. Petroleum product is the major source of economy to Nigerian government since it was first discovered in 1965 at Oloibiri community in Bayelsa state. Exploration and Exportation of petroleum products are the major source of income to our country.

Statistic had also shown that Nigeria is the highest consumer of petroleum product and also one of the highest users of automobile in the whole world. Since the steady and uniform supply of electricity has always being a year to year problem for Government to solve, this has now makes it difficult to have alternative to the use of oil product.

Almost every home in Nigeria uses oil product in one way or the other to run their home activities such as Generators, Cooking gas, Automobiles, Stoves etc.

In industry, big industrial equipment uses AGO, LPFO, HPFO etc. and Aviation uses ATK (jet A1 fuel) for smooth running of the day to day production and businesses.
I personal termed oil products as one of the basic needs in life, competing favorably with air, water, light and food as far as Nigeria is concern.

The above evidences are the reason why people who own oil firms in the country are one of the richest in the society because they deal in businesses and investments which everybody cannot live without.

Before you can start any business or investment in oil and gas products, you will first choose the type of products that most interest you. Below is the list of petroleum products available in Nigeria.
PMS (Premium Motor Spirit) or petrol.
DPK (Dual Purpose Kerosene) or kerosene.
AGO (Automotive Gas Oil) or diesel.
ATK (Aviation Turbine Kerosene).
HHK (House Hold Kerosene).
LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) or cooking gas.
LPFO (Low Pour Fuel Oil)
HPFO (High Pour Fuel Oil)
Base oil (Rubricating and Engine oil etc.)

The full detailed procedure can be found through the link below for those that really want to make it in oil and gas sector.

Do not give the money to anyone to fix for you even if you know the person works in a bank, make sure you go to the bank a process the transaction in the bank's premises

The bank will take the money through direct debit to your bank account; you do not need to withdraw cash to take anywhere!

When the transaction is complete you will be given what is called a deal slip or deposit certificate which will state the following

* Your name

* The period of the investment (Start date and date of expiration)

* Interest rate

Do not leave the bank without collecting this document

Dorispray well done o, nice marketing strategy you are using but am not marketing anything and I am into real Estate o for 10 years now.... No one knows everything, you should have asked, there are places in Lagos State that you can buy a full house on a full plot for 3million naira total, i am not kidding.

Sadly most of you who claim to be in real estate only focus on the Island and expensive areas so u make huge profit per-sale.... Am not on the island.... I know where 100x60 size plot of lands are sold for as low as 600k with complete documents except C of O.

Lagos is big, there are many things available that you may not know. The transport fare from these places to the Island is just 600 naira ..... I feel any serious person should go into real estate.

Telecom is good but the Op wants to INVEST.... Into a Business. I can design a fully functional website that does all you listed for 25k and do sound digital marketing for 50k to get customers on every social media platform... Then he can buy units MTN 1G for N300.. etc So investing 3m into it will be too much.

The Op Christiano25 needs both a side hustle and an agrotech farmland Investment that pays at least every 7 weeks with an R.O.I of 8-30% continuously. He needs to learn how to trade cryptocurrency and stocks.

I really hope he gets a strong mentor else he will innocently be falling into trial n errors.
Any full house you can buy for 3million in Lagos will probably be a rundown and flood prone building located in the most remote part of Ikotun or Shibiri-Ajangbadi and will not appreciate by more that 5% in the next 10 years!

That is a terrible investment except if you're a kidnapper and need a remote place to keep your victims!!! grin

The interest is not much but it's the safest place for your money until you figure out what to do with it. (Currently less than 10% per annum)

It does not have to be there for 1 year at a stretch, you can fix it for 90, 180 or 360 days
