Aamma:
A lot of people thinks making 6 figures monthly from their phone is impossible.

My dear reader i understand why you feel that way. After all they're scam everywhere.

The truth remains that people still make a lot of money legitimately monthly through affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is a simple business model where one promotes goods created or owned by other people and get reward with a part of the profit made on every sales. The reward is called commission.

In affiliate marketing all you need to do is to find a product to promote, drive traffic and make sales.
Look for solutions to people's problems and they'll pay you for providing a solution.

Affiliate marketing is one of the high income skills in 2021. And alot of people are taking advantage of this and making money out of affiliate marketing. And funny enough you do this through social media.
A lot of other skills like copywriting, email marketing, digital marketing, graphics design etc are learnt together with affiliate marketing.
Another thing is that we do affiliate marketing everyday but we're not paid.
Let me give you an example. When your friend asked you for a phone vendo and you recommended a place for your friend, your friend goes there and buy the phone. What you did was affiliate marketing. You stood as an affiliate for the phone vendor but you were not paid a commission.

Affiliate marketing has been in existence for long since the 80's and I'll still continue to be in existence.
As long as buying and selling takes place affiliate marketing will continue to be in existence.
Most business owners or companies these days look for affiliates to help them promote their goods because they're paid by the number of sales they make.

Why should i start affiliate marketing today?
A question you ask yourself

1. Low cost to start up.
2. Financial independence.
3. Affiliate marketing a high income skill.
4. You can do it on your own.
5. Affiliate marketing will never crash.
6. It allows you to build a system that can work even when you're asleep.
7. You're already doing it but you're not getting paid.
8. Learning other skills through affiliate marketing like copywriting, email marketing, digital marketing etc.
9. It's easy to get started with.
10. You choose your working hours.
Affiliate marketing has so many advantages

Well alot of people will not take advantage of this opportunity and learn a skill in 2021 but i know you don't want to be part of them.

So I met this girl sometime back in March in Abuja she was very beautiful and was working in a spa back then, I approached her and collected her number after which she never picked my calls or replied my chats after I tried contacting her afterwards.

Fast-forward to last two weeks she contacted me out of the blues that she was sick, didn't have transport fare to work, she was broke and didn't have any money for food as she hasn't eaten in a days.

I got dressed and meet her in the location she gave me and bought her some little foodstuff and provisions then gave her 3k to hold for transportation to work until they pay her at work.

Guys could you believe that this girl blocked and deleted my number the next day? I tried calling and she it was telling me busy till I used another phone to call it and it went through, I asked her why she did that after I revealed my identity and she couldn't say a word she was just mute on the phone for about 30 seconds till I cut off the call.

I am still so shocked as to why some women behave they way they behave atimes.
Try not to appear so desperate next time you're chasing a girl!

This turnover of N425million you quoted, is it per month, per quarter or per year?

What is the name of the Managing Director and other management staff? A company with such an impressive sales statistic will be proud to mention the names of the people behind the company on its website but your website has no information on either Board members or management staff!

Hello Everyone, Please where can I change Dollar to Naira in Lagos, Legitimate and trustworthy places only abeg. please o make them no scam my life.
thank you.
If you're on the mainland go to Allen Avenue then go to the back of Old Alade Market. There are several mallans there, just make sure you go into a shop.

Another option is for you to go to Tejuoso Market at Yaba bus stop, you will find money changers opposite Spar Supermarket.

If you're in Surulere then go to the junction that connects Akerele Street, there are always money changers there.

If you live further inland then go to Egbeda Model market on Idimu Road, you'll also find money changers there

If you're on the island then go to Broad Street, you'll find money changers near Cash N Carry stores or you go to Eko Hotel where you will find money changers near the place where sculptures are sold.

On no account should you do this transaction while standing by the road side, make sure you go into the shop of the mallam that way you will avoid being scammed!

If you want to make trouble , get a lawyer and write them that since she gave you quit notice , you need the statutory 6 months to search for an alternative . Do this to stress the landlady but don’t act on it. The fact that she will think she won’t make anything for 6 months will haunt her for some days or weeks . Then get another place as fast as you can .
If you're a retired pensioner who depends on rental income for survival would you let someone live in your house for free for 6 months?!
Properties › Re: Please Help, Landlady Has Taken My Anger To Another Level. by SavageResponse(m):
Nononsenseguy:
Good day all, hope your day is going well.

I'll go straight to the point. I rented a 2 bedroom flat for my mum last year October, paid agent and lawyer fees, the agent never told me the place has the landlady living in it.

My mum was happy and moved into the apartment, I noticed that after some months she was complaining about the house, I finally went there to see her, guess what? The landlady is a devil in human form, she's an unmarried bitter human who was opportuned to inherit the building from her family.
This woman locked the well and told my mum and younger bro to source for water elsewhere, I was mad when I got to hear what she's making my family go through. I came to the house and removed the padlock she locked the well with, she called my mom and told her to pack out when her rent expires next week.

Well, since she thinks the world revolves around her and wants everyone to fear and worship her, I'll show her what real madness is.

I have decided to ask her for a refund of the agent and lawyer fees I paid since it's barely one year, she can't stress my family this way and get away with it.

To everyone reading this, I have one advice, never live in the same building with the landlord or you would have yourself to blame at the end of the day.

Please nairalanders, Is my action justified?
You need to first tell us what your family did that made the landlady lock the well cos I'm very sure she did not just wake up and decide to go lock the well.

By the way I have lived in a house owned by a landlady, it was a pleasant experience for me!

Hello nairalanders

A friend of mine informed me that he bought shares with First bank worth 100 thousand naira in 2007... He also told me that back then the shares were being sold at about 33 naira.

The guy never really understood much about the shares back then but he claims to have all his documents complete and intact, he told me that he would really like to know it's worth today and that he would like to sell it.

So I would like to get more info on how First bank operate and how much would 100 thousand naira worth of shares bought in 2007 would be worth today... And also how to sell them.
Tell your friend to go to the office of their registrars First Registrar, it's on Abebe Street, Iganmu which is near Surulere. Just ask anyone to direct you to where Nigerian Breweries head office in Lagos is located. The office of First Registrars is a walking distance from it.

He needs to go with a copy of his government ID card and at least 2 passport pics so he can fill a form so that his accumulated unclaimed dividends can be processed and paid to him

Good evening guys.i opened a betshop a while ago,i recently decide to add a video game center to it for an additional income stream,i spent over 500k for the tv's and video game but its beginning to seem like i buy am take dash the salesboy,i mustly otherwise engage but the days i'm free when i spend the day there,i see the very wide disparity in sales when i'm present and when i'm not.i'm beginning to regret spending that much on it if na salesboy i wan use am dash.the question i would like to ask,is there any way to account for sales in a video game business.thanks guys while i wait for your reply.
Here is what you need to do.

Print receipt booklets

Start a promo or bonanza in the game centre which will entitle customers to get 2 free games once they present receits for a certain amount. For example if you present receipts that total N10,000 you get 2 games free.

This will encourage your customers to ask for their receipts thereby forcing your sales boy to keep the real records because the receipt booklet will be in duplicate.

Goodluck

You're right here but i also don't think this will be her first road trip.

For the RV/Campers, some have enough space for bed, kitchen, bathroom but little water. What they do most times is when they move from state to state, they restock, refill gas and refill water tank and sometimes takes like two days break at Motels.

Road trips can be expensive but beautiful.

Do you consider an investment you made with 10million naira which returns N250 thousand naira annually a bad investment.? In this situation, the asset you bought at 10m can increase in price over time and you can sell it off at anytime or continue to collect your 250k annually. The asset may be a house or shop.
If 250k is too small, what's smallest return you can manage with such amount.?

What do you think about this investment?
An annual ROI of 2.5% is very poor especially now that the Naira is suffering massive depreciation
