drunk is the past participle, used in the perfect and pluperfect tenses of the verb.

King of Babylon was a man . Yes, there are parts of that passage that pertains to the devil however, we must not lose sight that a man is the proximate reference.

Most likely another rebellous Demon.
the second King of Tyrus refers to the Devil.
Do you think it was only the Devil who rebelled against God?
