the first missionaries i'm talking of the apostles of Jesus Christ they never got Married, non of them and not one. i search the scripture and there wa no place in the bible anyone of them got married likewise Jesus himself.

and I think it same with others for the 2nd, third and forth missionaries that spread the gospel at that time I believe non got married although there is no written records to back this up.

but as a Christ-like as it's called, Pastors shouldn't have partakes in mortal things but things of immortal.

for if anyone truly believe in the bible with whole heart they will surely not bother of keeping a wife/husband or family.

its because they don't believe and that's why they keep immortal things. money wife and family. these guys haven't rewritten the bible and yet manage to succeed in this act without questioning.

Classic example will here, where, on one hand, this thread's title says ''Love not the world''
and on another hand, John 3:16 states ''God so loved the world indeed''

let's also examine the "acceptance/rejection" of sacrifices further

wherever god rejected a sacrifice or isn't pleased with it, its usually written clearly that he rejected it/ wasn't pleased with it in the bible

if that is anything to go by, then god must've accepted the sacrifice because rejection wasn't stated

there was no where god commanded the girl to be sacrificed as burnt offering but Jephthah made the vow and carried it out

Yahweh had NOTHING to do with this, its all on Jephthah, Yahweh didn't force Jephthah to make the vow unlike the case of Abraham/Ibrahim which Yahweh himself "commanded"

one extra biblical addition I like to make is that perhaps Jephthah expected a "servant" or "slave" of his to come out and meet him, he must've fought a lot of wars and his daughter hadn't come out to meet him, this made the vow "easy" for Jephthah to make which eventually backfired

about "acceptance", its not stated but we have to realise that while the acceptance/rejection of many sacrifices are stated, not every sacrifice made in the bible was stated to have been accepted or not; there are instances where the sacrifice is just stated to have been carried out only so its safe to assume it was accepted

This is a foolish submission. Did God command every other sacrifice in the bible?? He didn't command it but he didn't reject it either... He should have said no, I don't want a young girl as sacrifice, if only to save the girls life.

Did the bible speak against slaves dying as a result of the beating, when the slave doesn't die before the third day?? Or against buying human beings for money?? Dont compare maids, drivers and the likes to slaves. It's insulting to those people.

redundancy : Psalm 53 is identical to Psalm 14.

questionable premise : It is obviously not the case that all atheists do nothing but bad deeds. This premise is invalidated by a single example of an atheist doing a single charitable act.

Hi friend. There is such a thing as the permissive will of God (Romans 12:1-3). If I marry a harlot today, God puts His stamp on it because I have signed on the dotted line. He puts His stamp on it not because He feels it's the right thing to do but because He'll always honour a contractual agreement between parties so long as there was no force or duress involved. God will only give the terms in which both parties are to conduct themselves in such a relationship. Regarding slavery in those days, it was a mutually beneficial contract between parties and usually the bondservant would rather stay with his master and serve him because of the provision he/she would get as a result. It was sort of a business engagement that involved terms and conditions and God would work with them even in that context. Here's what He says masters should do in return:

"And you, masters, do the same things to them, giving up threatening, knowing that your own Master also is in heaven, and there is no partiality with Him" (Eph 6:9)
