Admittedly, Redmi has aggressive RAM management. But you shouldn't compare it to Transsion; Transsion is worst when you compare her smartphone to Redmi's of the features/level.

Now, according to GSMARENA your Camon 20 Pro 5G has 8GB RAM. Smartphones with 4GB RAM and above usually don't have RAM management problem, so yours should be better by far. Someone that uses Redmi of the same features as your phone would have similar pleasant experience.

You need to download and install ad blocker. The ad blocker I have used to sort this kind of issue shows me the app that is responsible after every pop up and I uninstall it using the ad blocker.
When another one pops up, I go to the app again and see the app and uninstall it.

The SoC on Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is Helio G99 Ultra which supports max. 200MP camera, not the normal Helio 99 that's capped at 108MP.

The reason it's not found on MediaTek site is beyond me.

It's the same reason 12MP can record 4K on IPhone smartphones. 200MP is the number of pixels (picture elements) in the sensor, and it's a part of the process. Recording 4K mainly has to do with the Image Signal Processor (ISP). The Helio G99 Ultra ISP can't handle a 4K video capture/recording; its max is 1080p

I used RN7, then RN10s and now R13c.......I must say that R13c is an upgrade of RN7, it is good for gaming and when charged it can last 24 hours on somewhat heavy use (I play DLS, stream music via Deezer, surf the net, most apps use background data.....2 whatsapp, X, tiktok and the likes) and the ba3 still tries.

It doesn't lag like them transsion.

On camera aspect, it is good for taking pictures also, I don't use gcam and I still enjoy the camera....it also charges fast.

It is a good budget phone, try getting 6gb or 8gb ram.....I love the phone, you can check the net for more reviews and check for yourself.

For now, I will rate it 8.5/10 over RN7......the rating might increase over time.

I intend to help a very good friend get this phone, so I wish to know more about it. Of course, these infos are online elsewhere, but I like to think that nothing beats hearing it from this thread.

I suppose you mean a Redmi phone. Because the Xiaomi line is flaship focused; you won't get a phone at that amount.

The current best Redmi at that budget is Redmi 13C. If you like it, up your money and get least the 6G RAM variant.
