Abuja couldn't boost of ₦2 billion yearly as revenue till it became Federal Capital, and Federal infrastructures were built, investors, companies and Foreign Mission moved in naturally, it didn't take any effort of the indigenous people, but Federal Government injecting funds into Abuja, so don't make it look like the indigenous Westerners funded it.
Oga it's natural that infrastructures attracts companies and businesses.

As regarding housing units, Sir... Almost every state has state housing unit, but the important question is, what's the ratio of unit over her population, does it cushion the housing deficit of the state.

I challenge you to state any Awolowo or Jakande Housing Unit that's up to 50,000 while Lagos is battling super housing deficit

5. Military Installations
6. Railway
7. Lagos Government House

Which of these did Lagos State build? It wouldn't have been different from Osun State.

And Im telling you that a SE referendum cannot be forced because neither the SE or the SS exist in Nigerian law. What is recognised in the Nigerian constitution is Igbo, not SE or SS. So if a referendum is held just for Igbos, it will be in the congregation of wards that identify as Igbo. Wards and Igbo are recognised in Nigerian law, SS and SE are not.
