I'm asking because a Honda Civic (of that generation) has the option of choosing the display to read either in miles or in km. There's also an indicator which displays the oil life in %.

Reason for the question is because some people don't if their odometer reading is in MPH or KM.

I realised that when I remove my leg from the gas pedal, the accelerator doesn't return. It keeps at it until I push it up with my leg.

I noticed this a couple of days ago. My mechanic doesn't seem to know what to do.

Please how do I fix this problem?

Look for a mechanic that can loose the pedal and check the spring in it if it's still good.

Yo pour everything, I think you will need 6 liters of that..

If you don’t mind the shape of RAV4, I will suggest you go for it. Please get the 2010-2013 model with the strong i5 4 cylinder engine. Got good fuel economy and the engine is strong, unlike the 2az engine in 2006-2009 models.

Low ground clearance, don’t drive in any flooded area. And the most important are you ready for police stopping you every time they sight your car. Because they assume that car belongs to G boys especially if you’re young and dress flashy. I’m typing this from experience here in the SS.

8km per liter is not too good for a 1.8L engine. I drive a 2.4L engine car and I do get 7.5km per liter even though I have engine light on.

You will discover that nothing is wrong with your Car fuel consumption when you drive on the highway.. Though you can't up to what the manufacturers mpg... But the difference won't be much.

I owned a 2012 Corolla, travelled monthly to kaduna from Abuja for 2 yrs, it is not as heavy on the ground as a Camry but it certainly aint no bicycle, except you are a speed-demon. wetin you go come call 206, piccanto or yaris? A 2013 Corolla may not be a rocket but its a very good, problem free ride, to me its even better looking than a Camry and alot more reliable, the interior is better than that peeling interior of a Camry (Muzzle).

@OP if you need space, speed, peeling interior then go for the Camry. But if you want a compact, reliable, slightly slower quieter ride with better looks (subjective) then go for the 2013 Corolla S.

No mind all these Corolla yabbers, many dont understand the joy of going to the mechanic only for servicing and general maintenance.

The 2010 Camry did not have peeling interior.
The new engine 2.5L is more powerful and rugged than the Corolla 1.8L.
The Camry is faster and comes with 6 speed automatic gear against the Corolla that has 4 speed geer.
Balance and handling, the Camry is far ahead of the Corolla.
I will go for the Camry.

This is 2004/2005 Sienna. It’s a rugged vehicle. Buy a well maintained and take good care of it.

You’re not completely right.
The Corolla is not economically you can’t get a well maintained below 1.3/1.5 million. Meanwhile you can get Avalon for less.
With proper maintenance the Avalon can last same way as the Corolla.
Truly doesn’t consume much fuel.
Corolla parts is expensive because the demand is on the high.
Remember that buying the Corolla the OP won’t be able to sleep with his 2 eyes close. Even driving the car he will always be on the look out for thieves.
I will go for the Avalon or Camry bug for nothing and have peace of mind.

The only solution is Urban development of other towns. Siting of projects and satellite towns outside Port Harcourt.

If you know how Rumuokoro used to be, I don't think you'll say this. The only people experiencing any serious traffic at rumuokoro are those coming from Rumuodomaya and even that is early in the morning when everyone is rushing to work.

I also suspect that the partial blockage at Rumuola contributes to the traffic at rumuokoro. I'm looking forward to the commissioning of Rumuola flyover.

At the bolded is wrong. All the 4 roads that connects to the roundabout at rumuokoro are always experiencing traffic jam. Before the flyover if you’re coming from Nkpolu/okoro part you can make a u turn before the roundabout, if you’re coming from eliozu you can also make u turn before the roundabout. But after the construction of the flyover they blocked those u turns and you have to come and everybody have to come under the bridge to turn. I pass this place every 2 days and I know how long it takes vehicles to turn at the roundabout.

That's point. JB's designs are poor. That's the problem with Rumuokoro flyover and that's also going to be the problem with Ikoku junction. That problem is not there with Eleme junction flyover which RCC built.

The government is trying to solve the problem but the contractor need to deliver the needed quality

My point is that the contractor gave the government what they paid for and approved.

There is always traffic around that Ikoku junction. It's JB's job as experts to advice the government and also come up with a design that effectively addresses traffic issues around that area

Bro I can bet with you that at the completion of that Ikoku flyover, there will still be massive traffic for those going to mile 1 from mile 3 side.
Why can’t they let the bridge face Mile 1.
The state government is just wasting scarce resources in the name of flyover.
Look at what’s happening at rumuokoro right now. The traffic is worse than it was before flyover because all cars come to turn under the flyover.

Rivers state government paid for poor design. Example is the Ikoku flyover that’s coming from Azikiwe street to olu-Obasanjo. How on earth will that flyover be useful considering how busy Ikwerre road is from mile 3 to mile 1.

What if JB presents a good design and the government choose a cheaper one, so that they can steal the project funds.

OP you’re right about the poor jobs been done in Port harcourt by JB. But do you know that the Governor doesn’t listen to advise?
The rumuokoro flyover is just a waste of money and time. Same thing may happen in Rumuola
