Before some of you start saying what would never happen. It doesn't work like that here...

1. The only thing he can do now is go to court. The woman has said she doesn't want her in the house. When the police arrive they'll ask him to leave. He can come back accompanied by police to remove the rest of his possessions.

2. It doesn't matter who bought the house, it's now a matrimonial home. I think there's a child making noise in the background so that complicates things, the woman gets the house because the court wouldn't want to inconvenience the children. And the guy might still be responsible to keep paying the mortgage on the house he never resides in.

3. If the woman now alleges or proves physical assault, he's in trouble he'll be asked to stay may 200 meters away from the house and the woman. So they can never be in the same church or whatever lest he'll be arrested.

4, The woman can call a new boyfriend to move in 2mins later and there's nothing the guy can do, looks like her mind is made up. No one knows the other side of the story, a minute video does nothing.

But throwing out the father of your kid is extremely evil unless he's done something really unforgivable.

This is not Nigeria, it's not your house. It's a matrimonial home 9/10 the woman gets the house. She'll also get half of your savings, investments etc, you're basically going back to the starting block after all is said and done. The guy loses everything.

Get a prenup, get a lawyer before you buy a house with a woman and make her sign should anything happen this is what is gonna happen to the house. So you don't wake up one day and realise the equity you've been building for 15yrs, your wife has taken it with the house and moved her new boyfriend in.

Reading this really really broke me. I can never allow my wife come live with me overseas. Prenup or no prenup . They might still find way to rule a case in her favor .

Failed parental responsibility

End of 2015 while working for a farm. Our boss had issues with some banks loans. I cried cos I had no option to sort money . I left ijebu .. but later the issues was resolved but I was already back to school ..



Also while working for a local pharmaceutical company, I had problem with the new supervisor, he sacked me..

To my surprise other workers stopped working that day and protested against the man. The issues escalated and they call our oga for Lagos , Honestly I was loved by many at work back then.. I was called back the following week but I already left ibadan ..
Beginning of this year, I saw the supervisor working at one private school ( I passed the place ), I greeted him like an old friends and honestly I was not holding any grudges against him again . Although I was stubborn, humorous and hardworking at factory back then .. I give am tough time . Lol


These were my two experiences.

Few years back I was damn broke and would eat anything . These days , I chop things I want and I use things I love.

Savings is good, maintenance can’t be over emphasized but it should not affect one’s basic needs.,

I really thank God now though , cos I spend 25% of my daily income at most and I’m preparing so hard ahead for my future family. May God spare my life , I will give them BEST OF THE BEST…

I see no point in savings savings and cutting down expenses if I can’t give my kids heaven on earth treatment .

If I can comfortably afford it, I will do it for them. These are the things I missed and I won’t less my kids miss any .

don’t lower your standing of living., multiply your source of income instead ..

But I spend nothing less down 30k every weekend ( Friday-Sunday , on fam and other stuff)
