kokaneprodigy: It's quite obvious, everybody should just pass the ball to Suarez. Cos at this rate Madrid might score 10 goals with only Ronaldo on the score sheet. You are just right! It's 2-2 now, it will be interesting to see how it pans out. |

It will be interesting to see today; 1. How the refs will try to work in Madrid's favour. 2. How the refs will try to frustrate our players against Granada.
They can only try, the can't stop us from winning the league today. |

Mcleo007: I'd go with a Busi backup over who partners G. Pique next season Good one bro! Left to me, I'd prefer a good CB, a sound back up for Alba and MSN and the promotion of Samper to support Busi. |

Mcleo007: N. Kante has no calibre, bro. He's just another good player. Trust me, aside from R.Madrid, he can't walk straight into the first eleven of just any great team. He'd bid his time as ah able back up to Lord Busi Knowing fully that the club would not be spending much in the transfer window, would you rather we sign a defensive midfielder or a central defender? What do you think we should prioritise in terms of signing considering the club's budget? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by sebod(m): 9:30pm On May 08, 2016 |
Mcleo007: The listed players are OK as AM or CMF... none can play the pivot role. We need a N. Kante that is good on the ball and off it. He's the closest thing to Busi in football now Yea I got your point, my opinion is that, as long as Busi still keeps wearing our jersey, I doubt if the club would think of getting another pivot. Getting a player of Kante calibre means Busi has to go, which I really doubt for now unless he decides to team up with Pep at City. I'd also wish we get a support/back-up or better still, a competitor (like Kante) that would give him a run for his money. He seems too complacent at times. |

With Atletico Madrid out of the race, we only have Madrid in contention after a controversial victory over Valencia.
I cant just imagine if we had won today as Madrid did, this thread would have been bombarded. Usbcable, what can you say about Benzema's goal?
Kudos to the boys for giving us a good display to kill off the animals from the city. Despite Suarez' haunt for the pichichi, he still deemed it fit to lay a nice pass to Neymar when he could have buried the ball himself. He's the most unselfish player I have ever seen after god Messi. |

Mcleo007: That dude's a beast, bro I must confess he's a very good player, but, I doubt if the club would be looking out for any midfielder for now. We have Iniesta, Arda, Rakitic, Roberto, Busi,Rafinha and even Denis on loan. Unless Busi decides to follow Pep, I doubt if the club would see any reason for checking out Kante. |

ollah1: Ben arfa is coming
What ya say guys ? I think Abidal is the one behind his rumoured transfer. Even though he coming as a free agent, I personally don't want him as a back up for MSN. His indiscipline and constant misunderstanding with team mates and coach is well documented. I don't want a player that will be causing upset in the dressing room. There are really better options out there. |

Mcleo007: I've always thought the guy is technically better than C. Bravo. I think the injury he had in training during his first pre season, caused by A. Song, coupled with his inability to communicate in Catalan or Spanish are his major problems. He is a decent goalie and must be kept. Well said bro! |

Chelseafan1: After scoring the goal, my first post was to rub it in on Dayo's face dt at least something good can up from a player he constantly calls useless and a fraud until ur people came and start reminding us that he scored 3 goals all season like we don't know already, what's the correlation there.? What exactly did you expect from guys that have been hammering Hazard all season? Even, if he has scored 20 goals this season, don't you think some would still find a way of putting up something against him? Have you suddenly forgotten the case of Messi? A supposed super star will always be subjected to one criticism or the other(expecially from the guys in opposition) until he reaches his full potentials. So bro, bringing Ribery, Gotze and Iniesta into the question because some saw no reason for being over excited for a great goal scored by a supposed super star was unnecessary at least to me. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by sebod(m): 1:29pm On May 05, 2016 |
Chelseafan1: Even at that, why should this be an excuse for Iniesta not scoring up to 5 goals in a season, he is still a respected attacker, is he not!? Mind you, I was never happy about Hazard's poor performance. Even if Iniesta doesn't score a goal from now till he hangs his boot, sir, nobody cares, he's already past his prime and was not even known for scoring many goals when he was dominating, he was never compared to Messi even when he got to the balon d'or podium with him. So, Iniesta not scoring now should not be excused for Hazard not living up to expectation having been so much hailed as the heir apparent to Messi and CR7's throne. The debate over time has never been about Hazard vs Iniesta, Ribery or Gotze, so there is no point bringing them in now just because Hazard did what many had been expecting from him. |
