The debate about who's gonna be the next big thing after Messi and CR7 has always been between Hazard, Neymar and co. Not Ribery, Not Iniesta and not even Gotze.
If they said he should not be hailed for scoring 3 goals, that's probably because they expect more from a potential balon d'or winner in the making who they believe has not lived up to expectation so far. And as such, it should have nothing to do with Iniesta and Ribery.

Gotze is still young, he lost form just like Hazard lost it, yet they could call for Hazard's head and spear Gotze, OK, RIbery was injured, Hazard missed more than 7 games too, Iniesta has been featuring well for Barca this season yet couldn't manage 5 goals, why shouldn't I ask them how many goals a player of Iniesta caliber, is Ronaldo not 30+, why would you say Iniesta has nothing to prove again when Ibra, Cr7 are still hot and firing.
Hazard has a bad season hence scoring a disappointing 3 goals, Iniesta is not having a bad season but can't record a meagre 5 goals sef, Rakitic has scored quite a number of goals, is he not a midfielder like Iniesta?
Or u mean to say, we don't currently have players of Iniesta's age group that have scored more than 5 goals this season?

This your analysis still shows you never got my point. If you have been asking questions about Iniesta and co over time when guys were busy hammering Hazard, it would have been a different case, but bringing those guys in because Hazard scored a beautiful goal was uncalled for. Gotze, even after scoring a world cup winning goal was never praised as the next best thing after CR7 and Messi, Should Iniesta and Ribery hang their boots today, they would be adjudged fulfilled, can same be said of Hazard? And,you just even validated my point, if you can be asking questions of Iniesta just because Hazard scored a nice goal, you can also ask questions of Messi should he win the ballon d'or.
My point? Hazard scored a nice cracker having being castigated all season for having a poor run of form, something I believe should be celebrated by his fans and praised by others, but bringing other players into the film to justify his poor form is not accepted especially from someone like you.

Even with that, methinks Arsenal still have better players in terms of quality than City. I mean, the likes of Bellerin, Monreal, Cazolar, Alexis, Coquelin are better than the likes of Sagna, Yaya, Mangala, Fernando and co. I can only select Aguero and De Bruyne from the guys that played tonight into my team.

I will appreciate if you guys can name a better squad in terms of depth and quality than this same city squad in the epl.

For the records both teams were uber useless,especially City.

If wishes could come through in this case, would have loved to see both teams not qualify so,Bayern n atletico will give one a better final.

I only asked to be sure and now that you have confirmed it, I can only imagine the level of football played in EPL if this same City is the best in terms of depth and quality.

The choice fo4 ATM is not out of the "they deserve it" factor but simply because those who choose them believe RM will beat Man City.

There is no outlet to be created. If Pep doesn't win 2 UCLs in 3 seasons at Manchester city he will be judged a failure.

City have one of the best squads. I know you want to raise moot points but Chelsea's squad was as good when the season started. But you lot quickly shifted gear when Mou was on his "relegate-Chelsea-by-all-means" campaign.

Chelsea, United are as infinite in spending as City. This is a fact as well.

At the end of the day, you are confirming all I already said: Did Pep underachieve in Europe? Yes. At least he should have made one final, particularly this one.

But even if he made 1 final would you give him credit? No. You will say there is nothing special because Jupp and LVG did it. After all, you (using it loosely)said the same about Rijkaard's Barca and Pep's.

In conclusion, Pep will never be good enough for you because you are predisposed to dislike him- which is fair. But is his record better than Beloved Mou? Your guess is as good as mine.

But, I got disappointed when you started dragging Iniesta into it. I looked again to see if it was hesbn that posted such which could have been easily forgiven, but, it was surprising it came from you. I mean, why would you be asking for Gotsze(who hardly gets selected), Ribery(who has passed his prime) and Iniesta's stats(a player who has nothing to prove again) all because Hazard scored a great goal? Does that mean if he wins the WPOTY tomorrow, you would ask questions of Messi? Or should we just believe you were carried away by the euphoria of the great goal?

The most important factor in marriage is Character, when that is lost in any party, the union is doomed. Not being judgemental or anything, I knew from the first day, that their marriage is only a disaster waiting to happen. If you marry a man who doesn't have the leadership and resilient spirit to lead the home in time of storm, such a home will fail. In my opinion, I believe their Union is not worth the energy we have put in it. If I were single, prior to this, I wouldn't even consider them as an example to look up to.

I will rather we discuss and not argue factors to help the married and what the singles need to watch out for before jumping in.

Every Union with a faulty foundation is bound for failure.
