It's no news I almost asked for Alves' head for 2 seasons prior to last, and even at the first half of last season. I am very critical when analysing players. It's also no news how I was very critical of Piqué. Johnpaul88 would attest to this. JP, since Piqué improved have you read anywhere I scolded him? That doesn't mean he doesn't sell matches every once in a while, but he has been great for the most part since he was benched by Enrique last season.

But to come up and be critical without being objective is not something I will ever subscribe to. At one point or the other I have shown my discontent with certain players. Heck, I did so 2 seasons ago with Messi even. And as much as I am critical about one's misdemeanours, I am always looking out for outstanding performances from same. Even when I was very critical about Piqué's performances, I was also acknowledging his good showings then.

If anyone would be so critical of Busi and not acknowledge that he had a masterclass against Arsenal at the Emirates, I can say with full conviction that such an individual is a full time hater.

Well, I don't like to be drawn to arguments like this.

Even in those days, those that called for Messi's sale were objective in their defence.

Same way I dropped the argument when he called those not in support of his claim un intelligent. We cannot always share same view, but we can always respect others' view by objective counter-opinion rather than resorting to derogatory words to prove a point.

When was the last time they won the World Cup? Decades ago.

This season, he came on for Mascherano in the 27th minute and helped the team kept a clean sheet. Yes he's prone to errors, but he always deliver when faced against Madrid.

Terry is a great overall. Far greater than Boateng. However, Terry's performances against Barca is less than convincing. About 70% of our goals conceded by Chelsea have been Terry's fault.

We can only give them our support and hope they are able to carry on. It's obvious they are all fatigued. As regards Busi holding on to ball for long, that one aspect of his game nobody is happy with and it's also been part of him. It's now more glaring due to the drop in his level of play.

Who wan bench am? Our midfield is worse off without him. He might not be doing really fine now, and who exactly is doing excellently well in the team presently? Alba? Suarez? Ney? It's obvious playing every three days is taking its toll on the guys. Busi is one of the players without a potential back up in the team which should be a major concern to us. We must give it to them for always grinding out result no matter how poor the play may be.
If we have not called for suarez' replacement for misfiring, neymar's poor run of form at a point, Alba's present poor performance, I think it's harsh calling for Busi's replacement for not doing fine ATM.

In all fairness, Villareal got a well deserved point.
Pique should have seen red in the 1st half, we were 2 goals up in the 1st half albeit fortuitous 2nd goal. Alves and Mathieu were then sent in to help crown Villareal's effort with success.

The aforementioned players are very good and sound. They might perform better in any other team but definitely not in this Barca setup would they perform better than Busi. There's been a lot of debate on this in the past and I would want to venture into such.
