Education › Re: Delta Government Closes Arise And Shine Nursery & Primary School In Asaba by seborrhic: 11:36am On Feb 14, 2022
Same Delta state government that supported the Oromoni's just based on what the father said in the video, without waiting for proper investigation and a proper autopsy.
If not that Dowen college is in Lagos with also powerful interests,a government like that of Delta would have already prosecuted those children for murder, arrested and also prosecuted the owners, teachers and hostel masters.
For this boy that flogged this child and the owner of the school, sorry is their case because no one will come out to hear any other side of the story.
No where did Delta state government say they would set up an investigation into the case.
No where is anyone asking why a child flogged and treated in a hospital for some days died.
Or is it every child that is flogged by even parents themselves, that die.
No one is excusing the flogging, but why can't a proper investigation be done to ascertain what caused the child's death and if the flogging had a direct or was the remote cause of the death or if there was medical issues that coincidentally came to play same time the flogging occurred?

The difference here however is that these people suing primero haven't seen sufficient proof of Primero being able to liquidate their debt, unlike the major transport companies.
You would be surprised the several millions or billions these other transport companies owe,but once they are servicing the debt,if not settling it all, everyone is satisfied.

Many of them take these loans with no intention to pay from the get-go.
I am sorry to say this but the average Nigerian is a lying, scamming, corrupt, hypocritical(highest church and mosque attending people, but not following teachings of this 2 religions),criminally minded person.
The interest is calculated for them, spelt out for them, repayment date well stated and agreed, once they get credited with the loan, they now start complaining of the very high interest rate and short period of repayment.
Wicked people. That is why they have been cursed with devilish rulers for a long time.

Family › Re: Landlord's Son Demands Goat, N100,000, Others From Tenant For Father's Burial by seborrhic: 8:17am On Feb 13, 2022
On the surface,it looks to be extortion just for being a tenant.
But knowing the perchant for many things Nigerians post on the social media to be lies, half-truths or distortion of facts to suit their narrative,I would allign with this letter either being a total fabrication or a distortion of the context on which it is based.
This letter is for an event related to the deceased on Sunday church service. So if this much is demanded for a church program long before the actual burial, how much then will the tenant be asked to contribute for d actual burial?
Could it also be that the ₦100k is the tenant's rent or part rent being demanded as a request, ahead,to offset the church burial activity?
Believe Nigerians and their social media posts at your own peril.

ivolt:
The OP highlighted some ambiguous part of the testimony while ignoring the actual conclusion.
Even the heading could be used to arrive at a wrong conclusion of what Dr Soyemi actually said.
While confirming that indeed there was a substance extracted from the intestine,he went further to state under cross examination that the substance could be the formalin used in embalming him or even faecal matter.
He absolutely ruled out any death arising from physical assault because he didn't find any tell tale signs of such.

The way Dr soyemi finished the first pathologist, you would think he has been having grudges with him since medical school.
He basically said the first consultant pathologist didn't do anything close to an autopsy during the first autopsy!

None was done.
No pre death fbc was done because that is the shoddiness of how we do things in this country.
What of the doctor that treated him for malaria for 4days for a boy that presently with leg and other body pain. You would be shocked no malaria test was done.Don't also be surprised to find out it was the parents that goaled the doc to treat for the malaria saying,"anytime he has malaria, that's how his body start to behave".When put under such pressure by a close family you have been seeing for several years, you relent and go ahead to treat to avoid them disparaging you.
Here people come with a notion of what they want to be treated for, something they won't try abroad, where they allow the doctor determine the ailment, run some tests, then treat.
But I am surprised that a doc that saw any kind of external wound didn't give even the basic of antibiotics, but instead focussed only on malaria treatment.

Ask your own paymasters the family that is paying you to keep lying for them why they didn't present the fak autopsy report they shared on social media at the Inquest.

If you cannot read I can't help you.

Or they are not paying you enough to read?
I am not even discounting the possibility that it was even the first pathologist that told the parents indirectly not to tender his own forensic report, knowing how crooked a job he did.
Why I am not sparing the first pathologist, eventhough there is no doubting his qualification,is that a pathologist, unlike medical professionals in other fields, knows a forensic report is needed because of disputes about manner of death and that all are police investigation cases and majority if not also all have to be rendered in evidence in court where your report will pass through scrutiny from lawyers. So you must do a thorough, professional job, that can withstand such vigorous scrutiny.
In this case,it seemed he was in a hurry,so just looked at one or 2 areas and arrived at a conclusion that he himself would now be embarrassed about, having been shamed by a colleague!

Even the family knew the Autopsy they did in Delta was fake that's why they didn't tender it as evidence at the Inquest. The only reason why they shared the report to the press a few days before the main autopsy came out is so people will not believe the real autopsy.

Just imagine the parents of the boys in Dowen didn't have money to do their own that's how they would have used fake everything to put those boys in prison.

Slyvesters family lied to Nigerians

I pray such misfortune doesnt befall your family, then you wldnt be saying this rubbish. Imagine if the boy was related to you, definitely u wldnt say this.
What a weird reasoning.
What if one of the accused was your brother and he claims his innocence?Would you be sit down there and be happy seeing an innocent person go to jail?
People like you are dangerous because you are allergic to facts.Even if the father comes out tomorrow to deny some of the claims, you would still be believe the boy was killed.

It was indeed botched.
That Warri pathologist just used 80% of the history he was supplied with just 20% examination he did,to arrive at his conclusion.
He just collected the boy father's money and did a anyhow job that further fuelled their belief in the parent's view of a homicide, which wasn't there.

Of course they can't even see the security implication and the increase in social vices caused by the ever growing poverty rate.
You people that blame yahoo and runs girls have never seen anything yet.
Buhari is the major cause of the increase in vices and criminality because of the economic suffering. Many people can't find work,so the weak ones go into vices to find money to be alive. The girls that find themselves in the same shoe invariably fall into the temptations of men that foot their bills, hence many of them flock to yahoo boys, politicians, scammers and many others that make money through crooked means.
It would take about 32 years of a leadership like that of Mandela or Franklin Roosevelt to undo the harm Buhari has caused.
Unfortunately, the end is not in sight so brace up for more criminality, more vices and more rituals in the country.

I bet the amount she spent on transport alone fro won't be less than 2k,knowing what transport costs are now in Lagos.

Your conclusion is right but the above is not correct and does not properly convey the havoc Buhari is,was in his first military tenure and will be even in 10 lifetimes.
Buhari didn't devalue the Naira.Rather his senile, ancient of days policy of hoarding the dollar for his goons and favoured people in the guise of depriving some non essential areas of the economy, caused not just the devaluation of the Naira, but the annilation of it.
In just 2 years,Buhari's policies caused a 100% devaluation of the Naira. No other country except perhaps Zimbabwe has seen such massive devaluation within so short a time.
That Nigeria still has any semblance of an economy and people are not dying on the streets due to this unprecedented loss of value of the local currency,is one of the wonders of the world!
