Very senseless statement. What does the language a constitution is written in have to do with anything? A constitution is usually originally written in the lingua franca of a country, and then translated into whatever language people like. The English bible originally brought to Nigeria has been translated into over 300 Nigerian languages.



What is the meaning of "unique political system"? Is kanu going to invent a new system of government?


Where has he ever seen a nation divided along tribal lines? How will such borders been drawn? Noting that some tribes are interspersed within each other.

This last statement shows kanu is actually clueless of what he is talking about. What does he mean common economic policy? Are the economies the same? I am certain he meant to say MONETARY POLICY.
What does he mean by "COMMON POLICY IN HEALTH AND EDUCATION"? I thought he said "THEY WILL ALL BE AUTONOMOUS", does he even understand what autonomy mean?

He also has no idea of the parliamentary system of government. Prime minister to who? Who would the prime ministers be reporting to?

1. Kanu can invent a new system of govt...the system of govts used in various countries were invented by humans too.

2. Yes britain was divided along tribal lines...welsh, scottish and english....the english was further divided along clans like saxons, anglias, wessex, suxxes, exxes, nortumbria etc.

3. A federation or confederation can have autonomy in many areas and yet have shared responsibilities in some areas....read more about the nature of the E.U so u can stop exhibiting stupidity boldly.

4. B4 gowon truncated the 4 regions, each region has a prime minister (called premiere) who is appointed by the gov and reports to the parliament. In u.k each country (yes, country) that forms it has a ''first minister'' who is actually a prime minister for that region. The regional prime minister have areas they dont have power such foreign affairs, currency, military, federal police, environment, customs etc.
