fxuser: - cud be either way , d real question wat do u intend to do? - IMO news are always over rated and usually priced already - while daily movements are very very noisy - the weekly, monthly is very bullish, unlike most fbn held above its 40 week avg since Oct last yr - if it drops , i likely look to add more - if it goes up , i just keep still and let it develop - ff ur plan and not the noise A lot of sentiment comments on FBNH. IMO, I expect this to go down to allow us load at better price. Better stocks like Zenith , UBA etc are sweating it out with Mr. Market and agent TIME |

IchimokuPilot: Japaul can't appear in the same writeup with Caverton. Japaul is a listed fraud! Fraud? No, No, No.It is just because the industry is structure like that. It is a systemic thing. Why investing in a business you understand will rise and fall due to IOC contracting environment . You cannot understand the business cycle all depends on IOC demands and operations effectiveness and otherwise and government contracting process. It is just not good for investors. JAPAUL came on seen during boom and has not been able to recover after then. |

ogedanny: I exempt Caverton pls. Dear play with facts and figures. How much is the Listing price of Caverton? State clearly the moats of caverton that make it better than others. For your info, most airline companies that are even international runs are doing badly not to talk 4 year affairs with Shell, Total or Mobil. Dear, I know this industry for the past 22 years. |

If I may say, these companies will be the last I will put my monies: 1. Japaul 2. CI leasing 3. Caverton.
or any logistic support companies serving OIC. All is a matter of time. OIC companies are very notorious in
negatively affect these business. The level of risk is just alarming. Lose of contract is the beginning of their down fall.
You just have to keep your ears on ground at all times to manage risk. It is a shaky industry at the beck and call of OIC. You no what
contracts are in Nigeria? The moment you can not play with the power that Be, you become a gonner. |

It has to be like that nah, funds have to rest by selling ( make profit)and continues to make more profit by buying relatively low as long as the market is in upbeat. |

OBAGADAFFI: Before making assumptions, whether I have a First Bank account or not.
Why don't you verify from First bank if N100k can get you TB from primary market (directly from CBN).
The minimum amount that can be bought in the primary market is N50m
That circuler was sent to Banks, financial institution last year.
Don't have time for this back and forth. Obviously you are wrong. If your bank is deceiving you make a proper enquiry. This is not TA , we are telling you of what we know. Pa is 100% correct, while you arguing on information you need to work on. I am talking from experience. |

OBAGADAFFI: Anyone who wishes to buy Treasury Bills but does not have up to N50 million must buy through a bank in the secondary market.
What First bank is allowing you to buy at N100k is secondary market.
And the interest rate for N100k, isn't same for N1m, or N10m. You are not totally correct. Banks pool fund of small investors together to make a sizeable purchase in the primary market. I use Stanbic. |

Agbalowomeri: My stock picks for a 50% target from end of April till end of May based on my belief that May will be bullish;
1) Fidelity; likely to declare dividend in a bull
2) Honeywell; traditionally this is it's period of capital appreciation based on dividend expectation
3) Diamond; remote belief
I will pick either Fidelity or Honeywell, maybe both? It is certain I won't buy diamond.
Happy investing Why gambling with Fidelity. Is the coast clear? Impairment may become a saga. |

Mpeace: I don't think this applies to all banks. FBNH, diamond and some other banks have declared substantially to the point where some of us suspect over declaration. FBN seems to have taken good actions, to deal with impairments on loan. However the result will justify there have been many propaganda in pushing stock price. The stock will fall flat if impairment still towers. |
