Sisom: it is good to serve the lord but the bible also said give to ceaser what belongs to ceaser. in other words when in rome behave like the romansYour reasoninig is warped and lame. So if you go to a place where every guy humanises you humanise too because tou want to behave like the romans? |
I'm at one with you on that. Here we don't examine people before drivers licences are issued. Please, what we need is ''legislation'' NOT 'legislature'. Fhanks. |
temi4fash: hmmm dis ur pic na wa ooo...Gosh! causewahala: Subomi, is that u in ur profile? U don kukuma borrow 50calibre shoot this ur boyfriend oooh!simpletons in this forum never cease to amaze me. What engendered going to her profile ab initio is still obscurantist and diffuse to me. Wait, you wanted to confirm if she is good enough to be complaining. That's why you had to check her out first. This kind of juvenile attitude should no longer be brooked. |
Jarus: Congrats guy. By God's grace, I also graduated with one, although CGPA not close to that. MicroBox: Congratulation friend, i wont come easy for you cos dey already dey vex me. Cant u think abt joining IITA and become a big boy overnight or u no sabi say shell, chevron get agricultural department in care of biofuel. Guy wakeup abeg wetin be movie making. You can be writting your script at leisure time and sell or give it out abi na publicity u want, make people dey see u for TV.These two pieces of advice are highly recommended. |
Mustay: Starting rhetorically, for you to have got to this stage, I believe you are now an adult - well that's why you're one; you're responsible for making decisions that affect you and your environs.posting that Yoruba adage here is infelicitous |
chax100: Let me start by saying, congratulations on your first-class, I know what it takes to be a first-class student. People will always expect much from you. But, if I were you, I would have remain in academics. Apply to your department for the post of a graduate assistance and contribute to the your own quota to our educational sector. I wish all the best to you in your endeavours. Cheers!Sorry, if I were you, I would remain in academia. Academic is a noun that may refer to a lecturer and doesn't connote the world of learning which academic is. It ia also an adjective. Fhanks. |
alpha conde: They say 2 heads are better than 1. God is just my second head. That's basically what I can say. I know people succeed without God but me believe I can't go any further without God.K thankx |
alpha conde: 4. Lastly think u can do everything on ur own without remembering there's GodI would be very glad to have elucidation on this point. Can it be established factually or is it just a matter of faith that should be termed sacrosanct? This is because there are many people that seemingly succeed /without God. |
kcy: knowing if a girl likes u,doing all such of things like:always touching u, corecting u when u speak and when u call her toward d ending of the call she will tell u (fine boy).are all dis thing showin that a girl like uInfants with infettered leeway and latitude, opening juvenile threads... |
pro01: You shouldn't have made me do this. Thanks.Yea, that's correct. It's just from the context that I deemed it inapt. ''All but'' means 'almost'. Now it's absolutely and not ''almost'' impossible for you to win a lottery without having a ticket. So that's why I substituted ''all but'' with ''but' which means 'except'; hence I wrote '' all but possible'' In other words, not having a lottey ticket can be anything EXCEPT possible. It cannot be 'all but' (almost) impossible. Cheers! |
vivian chinaza: Exactly, I still remember NNPC test a couple of years ago, they invited only 1st class and 2.1 but it was publicised in the national dailies that a huge percentage of them could not pass, it was even discussed on several talk shows. Can it then be said that third class degree holders could have passed? |
pro01: Seems you have already resigned to your 'fate'; you shouldn't, since you're lucky enough to be in a position where you can still do something about it. If 2.2 is what is left to strive for, then you must make that happen at all costs, just to be on the safe side....but POSSIBLE (NOT impossible) Thanks |
Billyonaire: I prefer people with 3rd class to 2nd Upper. 3rd class holders think outside the box, First Class and 2 upper seem to be glued to their specific fields from experience, they are almost always dysfunctional on other fields.Who said so? |
abbeybanks: When I first saw the topic what struck M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ mind was that with the current level/standard of education in Nigeria a true 3rd class holder is far better than over %70 of current crop of 2nd class holders parading as graduate.SMHUnfounded gibberish |
James Lucia: Nigerians cherish papers rather than what one can offer. many third class holders have it cos d never had money to sort lecturers. 60% of third class holders are more intelligent than first class holders. You are a wuss, dimwit. |
190: sadly we cantMust all your posts be for attention's sake? There are still virtuous women out there as everyone is not materialistic. Don't plunge into the cauldron of hasty generalization. |
niyoni: With d kind of ladies in dis generation, most of whom are anything but homely, can d men of today find women as good as their truly sweet n loving mothers? This post to my mind was motivated by smugness and conceitment It is blanket, asinine and a quintessence of codswallop. Is it true in all cases that our mothers can be qualified with the epithet -- wifely and good? The answer should be in the negative. Personally I'm proud of and love my mother but were I to choose a wife, it wouldn't be by her standards as there are many things about her I cannot brook. |
olushowunm: WOMEN: I HAVE DIFFICULTIES GETTING ACROSS TO TODAY'S LADIES, BECAUSE MOST OF THEM KNOWS NEXT TO NOTHING, EVEN THE ONES CLAIMING TO HAVE GONE TO SCHOOL LACKS SOUND INTELECTUAL COHESION AND I TRIED AS MUCH TO BRING MYSELF LOW TO THEIR LEVELS WHEN INTERACTING WITH SUCH LADIES BECAUSE THEY LACKS THE ABILITY TO SUSTAIN HIGH LEVEL INTELLECTUAL DISCOURSE....I think it would very conceited of you to make such an unfounded assertion. Again what constitutes an intellectual discussion is relative and has many imponderables. |
Sensual Man: Ddnt know ds babe has yam-legs until today she came 2 do wkend @my place nd wore my boxers, and her teeths r sumhow. I no longer like her plz wat do i do?You sound so infantile and puerile. If you think you have no future with the girl, just let her go. Don't waste her time, as some person will find her attractive. Just like some like them slim, some like me like them fat. |
pleep: I love it how all the same gold-diggers and woman wrappers have come out to claim this story is fake... just like they say about every story that involves Nigerian womans bad behavior.I think that your are inordinately and unwarrantedly biased by saying that people that are incredulous about the story are defending women. That inference cannot be logically made, hence it's fallacious. This story stretches credulity to the limit. It is diffuse and there are many parts of the story that are not consonat with the other. I think it's only a green, naive and gullible fellow that will believe this story in toto. It can at best be accepted with a pinch of salt as it is marred by many discrepancies. |
What? I like, prefer and love them DARK. I mean dark. Maybe its a case of a man's meat is ... |
yeye4live: ^^^^ i cant stop laffing his own Obahiagbon too much oohCovers face |
Annie1: OYINBO PO ! Are u a Obahiagbon ?Hmmm! But those are everyday words na |
I become unaccountably enamoured with and smitten by women with good hearts. Those that are kind earn my love unconditionally. And if you are observant and perspicacious enough you will notice them, as people tend to manifeat their real character unwittingly, the possibillity of pretence nothwithstanding. For instance, I was about to board a bus that was Enugu bound. There were four physically challenged (blind) women already in the bus. Having waited for them to sort their money and pay, the conductor spoke to them in a harsh 'agboroic' manner and they felt affronted and started making little noise. You know what a lady that apparently should be in her mid 20's or late 30's said? ''Why did you even allow these people to enter this bus? I was startled by that statement. So this lady has no pity for these challenged persons, I asked myself. Of course the possibility that that statement must be a true relection of her character is gigantic. |
Man releases and it takes 45 days to recover? Thats fallacious as it has not been proven. I remain to be controverted. |
