In my book the answer to this question is not an exclusive preseve of ladies. It's clear even to the meanest intelligence that when a man's power of providing especially financially becomes spent, only 95 percent of women will continue to hold the same respect for him as they used to when the converse was the case. I am sick and tired of all these platitudes about ''how tos' with women. There is no hard and fast rule. The truth is self evident that confidence stems from the way a pesron sees himself which comes from who he is, his standing and status in life, achevements, education,MONEY etc. A man blocked a path at Onitsha the other day and caused a traffic jam, people were like, who is that motherf.ucker, they were jumping up and down, cursing. Bus conductors, drivers and agberos had organised themselves to deal ruthlessly with the bit.ch only for them to get there and see a man standing akimbo and wearing a military uniform, he wasn't even with a gun. Thet were dispirited and started disappearing. You dare not try that as an ordinay individual lest you tell the story at an orthopaedic hospital. The confidence, temerity and guts that made the military man do that stemmed from who he was and not from an unexistent tosh or bunkum. I emphasize that things like money gives confidence (and by extension answers all prayers. When you have them people respect you which in turn boosts your confidence. One will only be deluding oneself by a simulated confidence when one has got nothing. Rather one should strive and carve a niche for oneself in any field of human endeavour. OR How can a barrow pusher who likes 'hot women' gain confidence to approach her when he can't even feed himself let alone get himself good get ups. He that has ears... |

Yes and no. Why? Kissing just like hugging can be used to show affection and fondness in which case it is not a sin; the fact that one may gain an erec¤tion or sensual pleasure in the course of doing same nothwithstanding. So when the sensual pleasure is a consequence of kissing done innocuosly, then no sin has been committed. (This happens mostly in ordinary kissing as opposed to french kissing.) BUT when a person kisses not as a sign of affection or fondness but with the intention of gaining sensual pleasure, (especially in french kissing) then to my mind a sin is committed. HOWEVER, it is usually counselled that members of the opposite sex who wish to remain chaste should abstain from exhibiting such signs of affection especially when alone lest they be overtaken by lust which may lead to engaging in the main act. ALSO, one should understand and guard over oneself, as man may even gain an erection just by chatting or holding hands with a female. Prudence and discipline should be applied always. Shalom! |

helpmeohgod: It has reached an alarming rate the way Bank security guards and Cashiers @ the Bank embarras customers with Begging as if they don't receive salaries.This is true. But it is also truer that these people especially the guards are indirectly shanghaied and coerced into it. OR What do you expect when some of the guards go home with a paltry sum ranging from 15k to 18k monthly? The other day, I saw one that was with Fidelity Bank, at Onitsha riding commercial bike. Upon inquiry he told me that he was being paid 18k monthly, coupled with the fact that he had to work from 6am through 6pm. And this guy has a wife and kids. Now how can one survive on such pittance? I don't encourage that but these people seemingly have no option but to engage in such. It's just another case of the end justfies the means. The whole she-bang is usually nightmarish for shy people as they may because of shame part with a sum that ordinarily they would't have parted with; as opposed to others who kindly turn them down with the words like ''next time'' and a light smile. Same is obtainable at MR:BIGS and their ilk. |
