You need pictures of the parents, and not just the puppies. Most GSDlike puppies have similar looks but differences appear as they grow.

Bail money is extortion if you are innocent of the crime you were arrested for. What's the normal amount that journalists get on press conferences? If the normal amount is 5,000 naira for showing up, then paying 50,000 naira is a sign that something extra is being purchased.
