Gbenge 77:
this wasn't a newspaper report. It was Tunde Oladunjoye, the deputy gubernatorial candidate of the PDP ,who broke the news on his facebook page.He is also a respected journalist.

I checked his facebook page but I couldn't find anything about it.

@kobojunkie: No, they pay a variety of fees

But the title was misleading. I was tricked. Even in the article, he only promised reduced tuition and payment of exam fees.

Couldn't front-page the thread because of the part about tenure elongation.

Free education in Ogun State?  Funny.

Interesting thread.

Regulations should be win-win for everybody except cheats/inbeciles. Don't punish landlords to please tenants.

Well, it's N25bn cash and carry. You can sell your bank and use the proceeds to buy Nairaland.

It's dumb to test in Lagos.
New drugs are not tested on humans first.
Lagos is too important to be the CBN's guinea-pig.

These days organizations hire hackers to learn the unwritten rule of hacking known to black hats only. This guy will save them so much money and reputation by showing the vulnerabilities in their products.

I call BS.  Why would thy insist on hiring hackers who can't be trusted not to bite the hands that feed them?

Excellent topic.

If the problem is that people are flaunting the 3 threads a day limit,
then shouldn't the solution be to instruct the mods to pay more attention?

I always knew she was a smart cookie. For a Nollywood actress, anyway.

When they agreed to "release her to him", was it with her consent? Or was her consent not required?

It means you will not be able to get a flat if the landlord feels you may not pay your rent

@iice, it doesn't have to be that way, you know, unless you moderators prefer it that way.

GEJ is also being sworn in. Many Nigerians are impressed by the celebrations.

Sambo is currently swearing, affirming that he will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the federal republic of Nigeria ,

My mum was really impressed by the parade by girls wearing blue, but I missed it. This stuff is boring.

Bleh. These CBN governors sef.

The presidential inauguration is going on live on AIT and other local channels. What do you feel about it?

This is one of the reasons i want buhari in aso rock, bros Gej do not ve the gut 2 stop them, Nija i hail oo

So why are they running? GEJ must have told them there's nothing he can do to help them.

Lacrissa:
I appreciate your concerns but i think i'm fine. It's not as serious as it's portrayed.

The best time to get checkup up is when it's not yet serious.
When it's serious you won't be able to take steps to fix it.

I still think the official python tutorial is the best introduction: http://docs.python.org/tutorial/

Topic locked permanently due to misleading headline.

@Grassroot: preach it, bro. Python is very easy to use, for the things in the Standard Library anyway.

Topic freed from the spambot. So sorry about this naijacutee.

Murtala Muhammad was ok from what we know about him. Buhari has many question marks in his history.

Why not just protest against the policy?
We are not under military rule anymore, are we?
Must we simply accept anything that's forced on us still?

Start with Python. Add C#.  I don talk my own.
