There are various types of Yam powder. There's one we use that tastes exactly like pounded yam.
21st century people Nigerians won't waste their energy pounding yam when yam powder can do the job perfectly.
My family is an Ijesha family, so pounded yam is very important to us. With yam powder, we can have it every day!!
