I think it is high time NFL propose the banning of English Football in Nigeria so that our League can grow and get enough fans to support our football clubs.

You cannot just go about banning what thousands of people are enjoying for the sake of a handful of wannabes.
What if I propose that football should be banned in Nigeria so that more important industries like agriculture can grow?

Not so. Even if they are able to share the rights, they might ask for unreasonable terms in order to hold on to the monopoly. For example, they might ask for 25 billion naira or the tail-feather of a pink dragon from Arabia.
