Yeah. But "feeling guilty" is not enough; you need to stop doing what you're doing that is causing that guilt.
Culture › Re: Uneme: My Tribe, IS NOT Going Extinct ANYMORE! by Seun(mod): 6:53pm On Feb 19, 2007
Soon my Tribe would be non-existent with no history watsoever
Gotta Do smthing
Languages and cultures are not mean to last forever. They are meant to be transformed by every generation.
Write a book about your tribe and your culture, and it will exist forever in libraries, as a source of knowledge.
Computers › Re: How Can I Convert Mini Dv Tape To Cd? by Seun(mod): 6:19pm On Feb 19, 2007
1) What camcorder are you using? You need to use one!

2) Does the camcorder come with a Firewire cable or a USB cable?

Try importing the video to your computer with Windows Movie Maker.

If you don't have any camcorder, then you should contact someone who does video work to do it all for you.
Romance › Re: Do We Really Need To Fall In Love? by Seun(mod): 6:00pm On Feb 19, 2007
love is love, and it sure hurts as hell . .
I think you're confusing love with toothaches. They are not the same!

it don't exist no more. All there is now is "infatuation".
If love doesn't exist anymore, how are you so sure it existed in the past? From Movies? huh

Hehehe. The New Testament doesn't condemn slavery, but instead regulates it by commanding slave obedience.
Christianity Etc › Revealed: The True Source Of 'the Anointing' by Seun(mod): 10:26pm On Feb 18, 2007
Marjoe Gortner was the first Evangelical preacher to blow the whistle on his profession. In his documentary film, Marjoe, made in the late sixties, he revealed age-old tricks of the trade and exposed some of the entertainment aspects of the popular movement that have made it big business

f he lives forever, Hugh Marjoe Ross Gortner will most likely always be "The World's Youngest Ordained Minister." Born January 14, 1944, Marjoe was almost strangled during delivery by his own umbilical cord. The obstetrician told his mother that it was a miracle the child survived, and thus "Marjoe" -- for Mary and Joseph -- the Miracle Child, took his place at the end of a long line of Evangelical ministers.

From the beginning, his preaching skills were meticulously cultivated. Before he learned to say "Mamma" or "Poppa," he was taught to sing "Hallelujah!" When he was nine months old his mother taught him the right way to shout "Glory!" into the microphone. At three, he could preach the gospel from memory. On Halloween, 1948, at the age of four, Marjoe was officially ordained. In the following decade he preached to packed tents and houses coast to coast, as enthusiastic audiences flocked to see the Miracle Child who allegedly received sermons from the Lord in his sleep.
The miracle child explains the source of his 'anointing' here: www.positiveatheism.org/hist/marjoe.htm

Seun, one of the passengers, thanked the Lagos government for the novel idea
Out of ignorance, of course.

The government has no business giving its friends a monopoly in the competitive urban transportation business.
TV/Movies › Re: 'Jaguar': Old Nigerian Sitcom by Seun(mod): 9:49pm On Feb 18, 2007
It's funny how every Nigerian comedy seems to have disappeared from TV.
Business › Re: Build New Solar/wind Generated Houses In Nigeria. by Seun(mod): 9:34pm On Feb 18, 2007
Nigerians are not going to pay a lot more money to get power just because it's environment-friendly. They don't care. "Is solar power cheap? If not, is it something I can brag to my rich friends about when I install it?"

Methinks you should not set out to provide "solar or wind power", but to provide "power, period". The form in which this generation of power will take now depends on how expensive each possible option will be.

I'm an unbeliever in religion. That's why I can say such a thing. Most people here would find that offensive.
Travel › Re: Lagos Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Lanes Enforced by Seun(mod): 8:20pm On Feb 18, 2007
All I am saying is that the "bus" lanes should be for all buses in Lagos state, not just the Governor's friends.
Travel › Re: Lagos Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Lanes Enforced by Seun(mod): 4:19pm On Feb 18, 2007
If the aim is to encourage people to take the bus, then the lane should be open to any large commercial buses.
Christianity Etc › Re: Slavery And The Bible by Seun(mod): 4:08pm On Feb 18, 2007
Like all works of fiction, the bible is a product of its authors' environment. It was written at a time when slavery was ok.
