None of the actions of these militants constitute an excuse for the FG to engage in future violence against civilians.

Trust inevitably leads to dissapointment. Those three girls you trust "with your life" will inevitably dissapoint you!

@seun, what u gat against the oscars?

The free publicity they get is just too much, but it's not a very accurate system for measuring greatness.

but there's somethin else. they all played roles modelled on real people.

I guess they are trying to tell us that the ultimate actor is one who can portray a real person in a compelling manner.

Militants, armed robbers, what's the difference really? They both carry guns, extort, kidnap and kill.

8pm to 9pm Nigerian time as I heard, but they don't always stick to that time. Checvk it right now!

Lesson learnt: Never attempt to buy a wife with your father's money.

I like Spiderman because he's smart. I like Batman for the same reason. Superman is powerful, but rather dull!

It's not a soap - it's a sitcom. A comedy show. Was Domino a comedy show?

What's the new tax rate?

@Danasco: price controls only result in scarcity. That's why we often have scarcity of petrol, but never food scarcity. If you prevent prices from going up, then producers will not be able to make profits, which will cause them to give up and stop producing. When they stop producing, there will be scarcity. This is secondary school level economics.

I think the article is only 50% correct. The Oscar award is no conspiracy; it's just another good marketing tactic.

Hello,

I prefer notes to coins. I hope they're doing this because the coin is cheaper to make.

Hehe. How old was his grandfather when his grandfather was "killed"? And where is his mother physically located?

Can you post an excerpt from the first chapter, and maybe table of contents? Oya, promote it well!

I'll keep that in mind when I'm scouting locations for my movie. Cheers.

Seun, just try watching Teletubbies for 2hrs, you'd
see the reason why LaLa and TinkyWinky are the sh*t

My brain would turn into liquid if I watch teletubbies for that long. Men, that show is annoying!

Scarcity is a direct result of price control. How come we have never experienced scarcity of sugar, salt, or garri?
In a free market, sometime the price goes up, sometimes it goes down, but the product is always available.

Thank you o. Although it's true that acting is a tough profession. Most actors only work part-time.
David Schimmer of friends was a waiter before getting his first paying gig on television. A waiter!

Of course.
- Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
- Death is not an appropriate punishment for every crime.
- Someone who kills innocent people for standing in his way is simply a murderer!

Read it to the end. There are some good explanations of why Light is evil in the last few chapters.

Hehe. Heard it before.

You cannot make statements like that on this forum. They are provocative and judgemental.

If he cals himself a Christian, he's a Christian. You can use additional adjectives to quilify your own Chrisianity.

@loverbwoy: your post got me excited, then I discovered that you live in London.

I think the carpentry aspect is the most critical aspect of what I want to do.

It must have taken a lot of your time. Well done. It seems the real anime lovers are not on this forum yet?

Hmmm. I'm a bit confused but I think I'll experiment with the car hire option.

The president has to approve every station, and there are 500 pending applications? That's too bad.
