BusinessRe: Importation Of Diesel Oil by Seun(mod): 2:44am On Jun 21, 2006
Is it cost-effective to import diesel? Doesn't the federal government sell diesel at a subsidized rate? huh
BusinessRe: Why Is Africa Not Developing? by Seun(mod): 2:37am On Jun 21, 2006
Africa is developing, but all the ethnic fighting is hindering the development of Africa. That's all.

And so what? Why don't you educate them if you know so much? That's what discussion forums are for!

EducationRe: Private Universities In Nigeria by Seun(mod): 2:27am On Jun 21, 2006
And what is bad about private primary and secondary schools? I was a product of them and I did well in WAEC exams. Don't graduates of primary and secondary schools generally do better than public school students?
EducationRe: Affirmative Action by Seun(mod): 2:04am On Jun 21, 2006
WesleyanA: you may be a bad test taker but you are obviously smart.

Cut-off marks are determined based on how many people they want to admit from each state. If they want to admit 120 students, the cut-off mark will be the score of the 120th student. Most Nigerian universities admit more people from neighbouring states (just their policy) so the cut off mark for students from those states are lower.
FamilyRe: Do You Care About What Your Parents Think? by Seun(mod): 2:00am On Jun 21, 2006
it is he who wears the shoes that know where they hurt
For your father to be able to admit that to his children, he must be a very wise man indeed. Are you last born?
EducationRe: Affirmative Action by Seun(mod): 1:28am On Jun 21, 2006
Well a friend of mine got UNILAG medical school admission based on the state she came from (she scored below the general cut-off mark, but the cut-off mark for her state was lower and hence she was admitted). She's not complaining!

EducationRe: Affirmative Action by Seun(mod): 12:52am On Jun 21, 2006
that's the thing about it. everyone assumes that if a black student gets accepted to a good school, it's because of AA. What they assume all blacks are stupid and dumb or what?
Oh, please stop whining. You go the admission and now you expect those who didn't get it to be happy? You better behave yourself or I'll recall you to Nigeria where you'll be free of all forms of racism (or progress)!
SportsRe: To Make The World Cup Enjoyable! by Seun(mod): 12:48am On Jun 21, 2006
After the group stage the number of matches will be drastically reduced, making it appropriate to post a different topic for each match. Stop thinking with your emotions, woman. cheesy The sports forum is not for soccer fanatics alone!

Akolawole's step was nice, but since he rejected a moderator position his decisions are not binding at all.
AutosRe: Police Cars by Seun(mod): 12:30am On Jun 21, 2006
That is not a police car. I's a Ford which happens to have the word "police" written on it!
Car TalkRe: 34 Year Old Nigerian Man Who Can't Drive: Normal? by Seun(mod): 12:28am On Jun 21, 2006
What a man can do, a woman can do better. Your friend can drive him around with the hired car or teach him. Duh!
TV/MoviesRe: The Intern Show (Reality TV) by Seun(mod): 12:22am On Jun 21, 2006
After spending all day watching my colleagues at work (including interns) solving business problems, why would I want to watch more of the same when we come home to relax? There are very few people who love business that much.

Based on what I've heard about Donald Trump's show, it's success has a lot to do with the unrealistic but entertaining business environment in which the contestants have to work. A good boss doesn't say "you're fired" every week!
CelebritiesRe: Contacting Dayo Adeneye by Seun(mod): 12:18am On Jun 21, 2006
Mr. Dayo Adeneye of Kennis is an active, female Nairaland member? huh
CareerRe: Should I Take One For The Team After I Resign? by Seun(mod): 3:33pm On Jun 20, 2006
It is probably not your duty to sacrifice your reputation for the sake of a team you are no longer a part of.

And let's not forget telling a lie might come back to bite you. There's little to gain and much to lose.

Since he's no longer your boss, you don't need his approval anymore. So I think it would be a mistake to tell this lie.

If it's fairly used, let us know. Nothing wrong in admitting that. We just want to know before we buy.

Nairaland Ladies,

Afeni needs a girlfriend, and you might be the one chosen by fate to satisfy his emotional needs.

You see, he's been causing trouble:

And posting about himself repeatedly:

https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-15651.0.html

All he needs is your love, your attention, your tenderness, and your sweet sweet caresses. kiss

Nairaland needs you, and Afeni really needs you. Be assured that this is a higher calling. Girls are preferred but if you are a handsome boy you can also volunteer. Afeni isn't too picky lipsrsealed

Any volunteers? Thanks!

This is like PDP members asking ANPP politicians not to criticize their presidents and governors. Isn't that ridiculous?
