That is a scandalous assumption that is far from reality.  Therefore your argument is shaky!

You would still have people using internet explorer ver 3.1 because they do not have money to buy a newer license for more that two PC, (CAL Client Access License)

Nigerians use the latest versions of MS Windows, MS Word (From MS Office XP), and Coreldraw.  These are not web-based, are they.  So their computers are powerful enough to run most Standalone software solutions. 

What they do not have is broadband for demanding web applications!

Try using a different graphics card (recommended) or updating the driver of the current one you're using.

It's functional, but not impressive. You might want to work on aesthetics of the site. This means changing the colors, etc. by trial and error to end up with the most visually pleasing result. That's why I don't design sites; good luck!

If Lagosians are willing to pay double for transport, they will have your wish. But are they?

Nigerians are very price sensitive, my brother. If a Nigerian can save money by lapping someone, she would do it!

Teachers - especially Kindergarten teachers - don't earn enough money in Nigeria.

Apart from that, in Nigeria you'll have to:
- Burn fuel in a noisy generator to get electricity.
- Pay a ridiculous amount for a home in an estate or put up with uncivilised neighbours.
- Drill a bore-hole in your house to get water or pay a tanker to bring it to you.
- Spend 2-4 hours on the road everyday, if you're working in Lagos.
- Suffer, suffer, suffer, and there's no such thing as welfare here.

On a teacher's salary? Impossible. You can't be happy here unless you own own a really successful business.
