Christianity EtcRe: Should We Post Our Charity And Good Deeds On Social Media? by Seun(mod): 3:49pm On Sep 25, 2017
If you broadcast your generous deeds, (1) you will be praised by people, which is very good for you, and
(2) other people will be inspired to engage in similar generous deeds, which is very good for people in need.

So everybody wins. This makes it a no-brainer.
Jesus was wrong (Matt 6:2), although he also contradicted himself (Matt 5:16).
Christianity EtcRe: Atheist: How Do You Determine The Head In Your Marriage? by Seun(mod):
JMAN05:
If we remove the moral standards stated in the bible that organise the roles of each family member, how then does an atheist handle this issues since he does not believe in God nor His word? ... How is the head of the family determined?
In most successful marriages, including religious marriages, each partner gets to be the "head" in the areas of marriage that he/she is most qualified to lead. For example, if the wife enjoyed cooking, she would be the "head" of the kitchen. If she was an accountant and the husband a musician, then she would be the "head" of finances. If she was a lecturer, she would be the "head" of the education of the children. If she was a fashionista, she would be the "head" of dressing up the family. With this in mind, I don't see any need for an overall head in a family. When a husband and wife disagree, they should continue conducting research and talking to each other until they reach a consensus or an acceptable compromise.

JMAN05:
who makes the approach to marry? Will it be the woman or the man and why?
Most engagements, even religious engagements, are initiated by the person who is more eager to get married. The only difference in our culture is that women are expected to approach prospective husbands in indirect ways, but it's essentially the same thing. Whether one partner 'sends signals' and the other responds, or one partner gets on a knee and the other says 'yes', marriage only happens when both partners want it.

It's important to know the ideal planting dates even if you plan to irrigate. Some crops require dry weather for flowering, harvesting, etc.

I personally project at will, and I can teach you.
Could you astral-project to Madara mountain to locate Shekau without being spotted? This would make you a national hero. Could you astral-project into IPOB headquarters to spy on their meetings and report everything to the government? How about applying for the one million dollar paranormal challenge?
Christianity EtcRe: Enjoy Your Lives, There Is No Much To It by Seun(mod): 12:35pm On Sep 15, 2017
This is not knowledge. It's fantasy. Astral projection does not work, by the way. It's just another false claim that is not backed by any objective evidence.

Christianity EtcRe: The Bible As A Book. Why Should I believe it? by Seun(mod): 12:06pm On Sep 14, 2017
Originakalokalo:
Jesus said.." An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign

When you proceed, you will see....."For Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly so

shall the son man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth"
Actually, Jesus spent less than two actual days in the grave. He was buried on Friday evening and the tomb was empty on Sunday morning.

Jesus made references to what happened in Nineveh, and Jonah spending three days in the belly of the whale's"

1. He confirmed that account.

2. We are sure that that account has not been adjusted or doctored. What Jonah said, Jesus confirmed, and it is still what we read.
Jesus made reference to what happened in Nineveh because, as a Jew, he had been taught about the story, and he believed that it was true.

I Kings Chapter 19 vs 1-12

And Isaiah 37 vs 1-12

These two books have the same message, WORD FOR WORD. All the words are the same.
All the 12 verses.
If you read further, from verse 13 they are not word for word but the same message.
How is this possible?
A WASSCE examiner observed that two students gave the same answers to every essay question. WORD FOR WORD. "How is this possible?"
Christianity EtcRe: A Little Question To The Atheist by Seun(mod):
Hier:
Do you consider the fact that the female possess the perfect ovaries to fertilize the male's s*men an accident?
Sexual reproduction started long before we came into the picture. All creatures that reproduce sexually such as humans, monkeys, rats, insects, and maybe even plants, inherited the ability to reproduce sexually from a very primitive common ancestor. Prior to that, our ancestors reproduced by cloning themselves, like most microbes do today. Some of them developed the ability to exchange DNA fragments in order to gain useful traits from each other, e..g the ability to process new types of food, as many microbes are capable of today. This DNA exchange process got better and better and became what is known today as sexual reproduction. Over time, our primitive ancestors lost the ability to clone themselves and became completely dependent on sexual reproduction. We (people, spiders, & beans) just inherited it.

The fact that the sperm and eggs of human beings are compatible isn't remarkable since we would not be here otherwise. The interesting thing is that the sperm and eggs of species that have a common ancestor can cease to be compatible with each other over time. This is part of what is known as "speciation" and it's the reason why nature is so diverse. Without speciation there would be very few distinct species.

My answer to your question based on my current knowledge. For better info, go here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evolution_of_sexual_reproduction

I'm not thinking anything. You claimed Jesus whipped merchants, you're yet to show me where it was stated.
I think it is clearly implied in that passage. My understanding of that passage is that he must have flogged a few merchants and said something like "get out! get out!" to force the traders out. He would not have made the whip if he didn't intend to use it, and he would have had to use it to achieve his goal.
